Friendly from start to finish and left my home looking and smelling clean after a disastrous tenant move out. Stayed until the work was done and dint leave me stranded because of a time allotment limit. Would use them over and over again. Kate was very helpful in figuring out creative ways to clean the uncleanable. All I can say is THANK YOU!
