I have to say that MailerSend support is exceptional and although they cannot fully see each client's setup, they ask all the right questions so that I simply have to provide the details accordingly.

Great solution for my personal and business email. After having issues with our existing ISP and send mail services, these guys rock. Great platform and super fast technical help and response. Really easy to set up and even did the DNS updates for me.

Estuve utilizando la versión gratis de la herramienta y el único problema que tuve fue porque llegué al máximo. Se me bloqueó la cuenta por esto y decidí pasar al plan de pago para poder seguir utilizando mailersend.
Cuando pasé al plan de pago seguía teniendo problemas de envíos pero contacté con soporte y en cuestión de menos de una hora me solucionaron el problema.

Tuvimos un problema real con el envío de correos transaccionales tras superar los límites de SMTP por error. El equipo de soporte analizó la situación con detalle, explicó claramente las limitaciones del plan y confirmó cuándo el servicio volvía a estar operativo.

No hubo respuestas genéricas: revisaron la cuenta, distinguieron correctamente entre varias cuentas activas y aclararon el origen del problema sin culpar al usuario. Una vez aplicado el cooldown, el envío se restableció con normalidad.

Buen soporte técnico, respuestas claras y seguimiento correcto. Experiencia positiva.

We were a paying MailerSend customer from January 2023 and had no issues for a long time.

That changed abruptly.

Within the space of a few days, MailerSend introduced a series of compounding changes that made the service operationally unreliable:

- Our account was effectively downgraded unless we manually opted in to new plans:

- After upgrading, we were immediately subjected to throttling

- Additional per-minute sending limits were then applied on top

Even if these limits are described as “temporary”, they break a fundamental assumption of a transactional email service: emails must be deliverable when required.

We send time-critical, threat-to-life notifications. Imposing arbitrary limits that block delivery — without warning — is unacceptable for this class of workload and broke our trust in the platform.

Support compounded the issue. During an incident, we were routed through an AI bot and then advised to change API usage by a support agent who did not appear to recognise that we were a long-term customer.

We’ve since deployed our own mail-sending infrastructure and have fully migrated off MailerSend.

There is no intention to return.

They detected that I had an error while I was verifying my DNS records and Glenn from the support jumped into the chatbot to help me and gave me the correct records.
