The service is having trouble validating certain domains. I contacted support five days ago and received a reply the following day stating that the issue would be resolved within a day. Five days on, the problem persists, and my enquiries to technical support are being ignored.

It has no problem billing me, and then it doesn't work and tells me to sign up. My account is active and paid for, and every time I email them it takes days for them to get back to me. Support is a joke.

Calm down, grandpa.
We’ve answered every single one of your emails, often with multiple follow-ups, and usually within an hour. Over the past two years, you’ve used three different email addresses… and yet we’ve received exactly zero replies from you.
All your questions were about how to find your key. And just like for all our customers, every purchase and every subscription email clearly asks you (yes, in very visible text) to save your key.
At this point, we’re honestly not sure what’s going on. Not reading instructions happens, sure. But not replying to dozens of support emails? That’s a new one for us.
We even tried to reach out after finding your profile on LinkedIn… still nothing. Communication seems to be a one-way street here.
So now we’re wondering if there might be some Alzheimer’s or cognitive issue involved, because the situation is, frankly, quite unusual.
If that’s the case, we genuinely wish you all the support and care you may need. And regardless, we’re glad you’ve been enjoying our service since subscribing in 2024.

I purchased the moTotal Waste of Money – Unreliable Service and No Supportst expensive package…
I purchased the most expensive package from Ninja Mail Tester, expecting reliable service, but it has been an absolute disaster. The servers seem to be constantly down, and despite waiting almost the entire day, nothing has worked. I’ve tried reaching out, but there’s been no progress or update.
I expected better service for the price, but it’s been nothing but a waste of time and money. Extremely frustrated with the lack of functionality and support. Definitely not worth the cost—look elsewhere for a more dependable email testing solution.

I have tried over 5 email verifiers, but most of them fail at scale. Adopting MailTester has been one of the best decisions for me- the bounce rate just vanished.
