This was absolutely horrible. I ordered the “astral dreams case”. The case was cheap plastic with a printed design on it that looked absolutely nothing like the photos or video they posted. They also advertised “raised embellishments” in the design. Not worth the money or time you have to wait to receive the item. They also don’t allow returns outside of the US, and their items are from China. They don’t even bother to remove the old shipping label from the China warehouse. Packaging was just a white bubble wrap mailer with their shipping label pasted on top of the China label.

Maison-Clair is a total scam. You order and they never deliver. When you want to cancel and ask for refund they tell you there is a 5 dollar charge. What reputable company would charge for not delivering the item ordered. Total scam do not order from this fake company

Horrific quality! Similar to the other review, it’s nothing like the advertised picture. Really disappointing. DO NOT BUY!

Item looks nothing like picture.

I bought the Bohemian phone case on the 31st of December. It looks super cute. I had that texture on it, but when it arrived on the 20th ofJanuary It was not as described. It is a printed photo on a plastic case of really poor quality. The picture itself is blurry. It doesn’t look like the image. The image is dark on the case and it overall looks really poor.
I have contacted them about a refund, but they’ve only offered 30% off Another purchase with them. It costed me $38 in total and I’d like that money back due to the poor quality and I’m happy to return the item but they don’t accept return either. I have emailed about this but being told now can’t do anything about it and they’ve not accepted the poor quality of the item or the fact that it’s not as it was advertised.
I would not buy there unless you want cheap shit expensive prices.
