Customer service is top notch! Had an issue with delivery date and Emma sorted it straightaway. The sofa itself is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Rhenus team cleaned up everything after assembly.
Had my doubts about buying expensive furniture online but so glad I did. The samples they sent were spot on and Lizzy's advice was ace. Our new sofa is the centerpiece of our lounge now.

As a mum of 3 I'd given up on nice furniture. Their stain resistant range is a game changer! Had chocolate and felt tips on it already and it just wipes off. More expensive than high street but lasts much longer. Lizzy actually understood what family life is like and helped choose the right fabric.
Finally found the perfect green sofa after searching everywhere. Most places just have beige or grey. Emma helped with samples and quick delivery
Original order didn't fit as was too wide for my space, james kindly allowed me to exchange for an in stock item which did fit and gave me a refund of the difference. very kind of him

Took the plunge and purchased from a website, but am defo pleased to see how its turned out!
delivery guys from rehnus didn't put shoe covers on and left a dirt stain on my new carpets. I have reported this to maison who are investigating

After 3 ruined sofas we got one from Maison de Lan with their pet friendly fabric. James recommended the right material for our spaniel. Worth every penny!
Needed odd dimensions for our home cinema and these guys made it happen. No standard sizes here! Lizzy was brilliant helping us design it. Bit pricey but quality is top notch. The Rhenus delivery chaps built it all and took the packaging too.
Was going to hire an interior designer but Emma's free design service sorted me out. Saved thousands and got exactly what I needed for my awkward space. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but Emma kept me updated. Rhenus drivers were polite and careful with our new flooring.
