Our Paige canvas is incredible! It is so much more than the images showed us. The customer service, packaging and speed of delivery was fantastic. We feel we cheated here as it looks so much more expensive than it was!

We love this piece, exactly what we had imagine in this space 🤩
We had been looking for a piece of art to hang above our stairs for a while and nothing stood out to us until we saw the ‘Allure Panoramic’ and knew it was exactly what we had been looking for.

Ordered the Wild Blooms Square Framed Printed Canvas after seeing online and was so pleased when it arrived, really good quality and worth the price looks amazing in my hallway- delivery was quick within a week and arrived very securely packaged, already looking for another piece to go in my lounge

ILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! Bought an item and return the item
Bought an item and return the item. Unfortunately the item was ‘apparently’ damaged in transit, there is no proof of this. All I received was a photo stating that it has been damaged. This damage could have been at anytime. To add insult to injury they’re refusing me a refund after I spent over £125 on a canvas painting which I’m not happy with. They only offered me £12 for sending the item back to them. I’ll never be ordering from this company again and I wouldn’t advise anyone to order from them either as if you have any issues this won’t be sorted. They do not care about customers not customer satisfaction more concerned with making money. Poor business!
Still wouldn’t recommend a company who refuses to give customers a refund and prides themselves in making profit rather than customer service. Diabolical

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. We always strive to provide excellent customer service and handle all returns fairly, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, which are available to all customers prior to purchase.
To clarify, your return was accepted for a change of mind, and we provided the necessary return details, including packaging guidelines. However, the item was not packaged securely for transit - it was wrapped only in thin paper without the original packaging or any protection. As a result, it arrived significantly damaged, making it unsellable.
You acknowledged that the item was not damaged when it arrived to you, meaning the damage occurred during the return transit, which you arranged. As per our return policy, customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely, and we cannot be liable for damage caused during transit. We provided photos and videos of the damage, which you confirmed had occurred in transit. Proof had been provided of this. You had replied to us "That damage was not down to me I posted the item and it was perfectly fine. It must her damaged through transit."
Despite this, we offered multiple resolutions to resolve the matter, including:
Returning the item to you, fully packaged at our expense.
Offering store credit as a goodwill gesture.
Refunding £15 for your return shipping costs, even though we do not typically refund return costs for change-of-mind returns.
Suggesting you contact the courier to claim for the damage and recover some of your costs.
Unfortunately, you declined all of these options. While we understand your frustration, our refund policy is in place to ensure fairness to all customers, and we must adhere to it.
We regret that you feel this way about your experience, but we have acted transparently and in line with our policies. If you would like to revisit any of the resolutions we previously offered, please feel free to contact us.

My experience when purchasing my mala art canvas was exceptional! I purchased the canvas outbound II and its absaloutley beautiful, there was a slight problem with the frame when it arrived but I spoke to Zoe who promptly fixed this and sent out a replacement straight away, thank you Zoe you went above and beyond and I can't wait to order my next peice!
