We do try to help where we can and I am still looking for more charms on your theme and if I do manage to get some I will try to let you know.

We do have a pretty good range of charms at 5000+ plus, but as you have discovered, we don't have everything!!

RE efficiency.
Most orders Monday to Friday placed before 10am UK Time, we are able to dispatch the same day. Why such an early time, some people ask. It's because Royal Mail collects from us FROM 12PM, so we have to be ready.

Yes we have quite a few charms. Around 5000+ now, so a fair few to choose from.
That said, we don't have everything, so if you can't see what you are looking for then please let us know and we can have a think as to whether we can get it, or maybe an alternative.

Hello,
thank you for your honest review.
We do try to convey the sizes of the charms by photographing against a ruler multiple times. On this charm there are 4 images, the first being the main image and then 3 further images showing the dancing shoes next to a ruler in various positions.
Your order was via ebay and the cost of the charm on ebay was £20.99. This included ebay's commission which is currently around 15% and their various taxes and vat and also shipping to you.

On our website the charm was £16.99 including postage, as we do not have to give ebay any commission or their other "GREEN" fees for our own website orders. We also have to pay ebay a fee of £75.00 per month for their "Featured" store.
One other thing with the shoes charm you purchased is that we solder the connecting ring that connects the two shoes together.

I did take a look at the "The Silver Bath Shop" and it appears that we share ONE of their suppliers.

Their one is £0.04 cheaper than ours.

So, yes, in comparison to ebay then their prices are less, but compared to our website then for the majority of charms it looks like they are more expensive.

Lastly, adding one to my TSS of Bath basket, they add a price of £1.95 for shipping.

Another thing of note is that they use the suppliers stock photos and no photos against a ruler. Their only mention of size is one line in the description some with Height and Width and some with just one measurement.

Due to the surge in the silver price around the start of 2025, we have had to increase our prices of new stock. That particular shoe charm is sourced from an overseas supplier and sadly the shipping costs from outside the UK with insurance and import duty and exchange rates, all increase the prices of imported items.

Lastly, as per UK laws, if you don't like most items purchased online, you have the rights to return the items for a refund, and we would urge anyone to return an item that they are not happy with.

If we can ever help then please let us know. We get messages from customers that ask us about the size of charms and when we point to the extra images, they usually thank us saying they just hadn't seen them.

I only noticed that one of your charm selections DIDN'T have the option to solder the jump ring, so I contacted you!!
I would say "it's not rocket science", but maybe it is the equivalent these days!!

It's so difficult in this internet age to try and visualise what items look like together. So, now, I do try to photograph together so that people can get a better idea of size and what items will look like together.

So if you want to know what a snail charm looks like with a fox charm or a chain necklace with a wolf pendant, then let me know the references or links and I'll try my best!!

You're very welcome.
It works both ways!
You might be looking for a cat charm and not see the correct breed, and I might search for a different term in the search, and hey presto, it's found. With 5000+ charms you would think that it might be easy to find what you are looking for but search for DOG and you will be scrolling through pages and pages!!

Thank you so much for the review, BUT, be careful.
What some see as a bit of fun can turn into a habit and dare I use the word, an "Addiction".

We have a specialist program for people spiralling, to limit the number of charms they can buy.
(Sorry, I couldn't resist that last comment).

You go for it and buy as many charms as you want!

I was just looking at all the orders you have placed, so thank you again!
We try to dispatch as quickly as possible, so as long as we have an order by 10am (UK TIME) then it should be dispatched the same working day. We try after that time but as Royal Mail collect from 12PM, please order as early as possible.
