Whiskey glass arrived promptly and in good condition, but it's tiny! Much smaller and lighter than I had imagined.

Glasses and packaging weren't as expected - Malt and Brew arranged for a prompt return and refund.

My delivery came completely shattered, the glass was broken and the packaging didn't have enough wrapping to keep it safe. I have also tried to contact MALT & BREW via email/Facebook and Instagram about the replacement. And I haven't heard back anything. It was a special gift and had placed the initial order well in advance. However, with is being delivered broken .. and no communication about the replacement. I feel I won't be recommending buying any more from this company. I have even sent photos of how the package was delivered.

I was so happy to receive my Japanese whiskey glasses so quickly . Sadly one was crack but now Hesitation they replace the straight away ,fantastic service. Very nice to drink out of. Cheers

Extremely happy with my experience

Happy with product. However packaging was damaged and dirty. This was very disappointing as they were for a gift. Malt and Brew have ignored my many attempts made over a few weeks to discuss this. We specifically bought local to support local businesses and this is how we are treated.

Placed an order and was received all ok.
Contacted them to see if I was able to exchange an item.
I was told it was possible if I covered the cost of shipping, which was all fine.

I had some problems receiving their emails so I contacted them on Facebook.
When I replied back to see how I went about this I had no response.
I sent them messages via email and Facebook. Also sent my contact number, still nothing.
To this day still haven’t heard back.

Very poor customer service.
