The dress ordered looked cheap and nothing like the website. Fabric so synthetic it smelt of chemicals when package opened-
Refund process? There is none, they try the “keep the dress” and 10% refund offered approach- 2months now and ongoing

Do NOT buy from these Chinese scammers. I wish I’d read the reviews first. If I could give a review without giving any stars I would. The dresses arrived and were nothing like the design advertised and of the cheapest, junk quality. Upon contacting them they offer a 15% refund unless you pay for return shipping. I’m pretty sure they’d pocket the money and you’d never hear from them again. They suggest you keep the clothes and use them as gifts. I would be too embarrassed to give this trash to a charity shop!! It’s a con and they are taking people for a ride. I will report them to the Trading Standards to try and shut these crooks down.

The dresses I bought are absolutely awful. Made of cheap stretchy fabric, printed designs and nothing AT ALL like the image. The parcel took two weeks to deliver and there is no information about how to get a return/refund. It looks like a deliberate scam to obscure their details. Lesson learnt. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Disappointed, I can’t give zero stars.

This is a complete SCAM. The dress looks nothing like the picture..it is a printed design on cheap material 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Shipped from China and took 12 days to arrive. Even if I do pay for a return I doubt I’ll ever see a refund. DON’T order from this company or any other company selling the same dress! Somebody is making a lot of money from this!

Having chased up my order numerous times it finally arrived. What a disappointment! The style of the dress was as stated but the material was awful and no ‘embroidery’ on it at all. Totally misleading. I will not be purchasing again. Lesson learnt!

Wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. The dress arrived after 4 weeks and was not the colour, the material or shape that I ordered. Absolute rip off!

Definitely do not order anything from this company. The quality is dreadful and the only way to return is to pay the postage back to China! Or the offer of 15% refund. When the dresses were £30 each this is an insult.

The photos on the website are completely misleading - the material/design is nothing like they show. A disgraceful company - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Agree with everything that has been said already about this very devious operation. It purports to be a uk operation (free delivery in UK!!) with a photo of a shop. As it appeared bona fide my wife ordered 2 dresses, long delay, yet bombarded with meaningless, delaying emails. Eventually received 2 pieces of worthless clothing, nothing like the photos, nor the description. Then found out that the items had been sent from China (no mention of China in the advert). Decided to follow correct procedure told Malvernstyle they were rubbish and not wanted and they say they have to be sent back at our expense to China. We said not likely, and they kept offering a 20% then 30% refund if we kept them. They obviously rely on people not bothering to return them and they keep the money. The same dress photos and other clothing photos appear on numerous social media adverts with different trading names yet the on line content behind the adverts are virtually identical to each other, so scam is the right one to use. Some adverts claim they are private shops run by a husband and wife that have decided to close/retire and so are selling all their stock, but the names of the husband/wife change on different branded adverts! I have reported them to Trading Standards and will be reporting them to the Advertising Standards Agency too, they shouldn't get away with it,

The good reviews for this company must be written by themselves. This company is a complete scam. I foolishly believed this was an English company. I have been bombarded with emails apologising for the delay and almost believed that they were double checking the quality of the dress, until I tracked the delivery two weeks later and see it is still in China! From reading the other genuine reviews I am expecting polyester rubbish which will go straight to recycling. I am upset that I have wasted my money and I had been excited about the dress. Very upset and angry but will never be fooled again by facebook adverts.

SCAM don’t order from this site. They’re are based in China not the UK. Dress is inferior and when I enquired about returning it they gave me an address in China and advised I’d have to pay the shipping. They then said I could have a 15% refund and keep the item. Ongoing!

SCAM. Do not buy from this company. The company is based in China not Malvern. The pictures on website are cloned. Dress is not as described. Printed polyester dress described as embroidered cotton on the fake website. Total rubbish for which I paid £34. This company needs investigating and website closing down.

This company is a complete sham and probably based in somewhere VERY far from Malvern, UK eg. China !!!
Having ordered my dress I was inundated with emails.... 11 in total ! It all felt very weird. Eventually, 2 weeks after ordering, I received the item. It is really poor quality, with hanging threads everywhere & really cheap material. It's going straight to a charity shop as I don't want to even contemplate getting involved in a returns process.... life's too short ! Lesson learned 😡

THIS IS A SCAM. Do not order from this company! Their website is fake, the shop window shown in their website does not exist - the company is based in China, orders take nearly 3 weeks to arrive from China, during which time you are bombarded with emails about how excited you must be about your order. My dress,when it finally arrived, was nothing like the dress I had ordered - it was a piece of cheap polyester with a blurred pattern printed on it. I'm still waiting to hear back about a refund, but have also asked my credit card company to investigate the purchase.

Dresses took 4 weeks to arrive and are cheap polyester crap sacks that are nothing like the images. To get a refund you have to pay extortionate return tracking fees- and I doubt you would actually get a proper full refund. Lesson learnt - do not ever buy off Facebook. BE CAREFUL! This review relates to Elena dress from MalvernStyle and not any other Malvern shop. These people have cloned pictures & blurb from reputable companies onto their website in order to fool people that they are buying from U.K whereas the rubbish they are selling comes from China. Fabrics, colours, patterns are disgusting as is the make of the garments. Try to get a refund and they inform you that it’s your responsibility to pay postage to China! No response to request for full refund only offer 20%, refund still pending.
I’m contacting Trading Standards + Facebook!!

If there were a zero star option, I’d choose it.
AVOID ordering anything from Malvern Style. It is a scam. You get a cheap nylon, shapeless dress, nothing like the dress advertised. It comes from China, which they don’t tell you when ordering, and to return it costs a fortune! I mistakenly clicked on 2, when I ordered. I emailed them immediately to tell them my error, but they said I’d have to receive both and return one once received. So I’m now in possession of 2 polyester nylon garish sacks. £60 down the drain! Daylight robbery. I wish there was a way of stopping these dreadful thieves.

I have really learnt my lesson not to order from unknown companies on internet.
I ordered the Emma dress and as with other reviewers it came late, not as advertised poor quality. A complete scam.

DO NOT order from Malvern Style. Goods not as described 2 weeks to come from China. Even though sizing wrong and cheap material with no labels they expect you to pay for return to China. Offered 15% refund to keep item. Total scam.

Send correct product they are advertising. Ordered Elena dress took over 2 weeks to arrive from China Thought for £34.99 I was ordering from a reputable company. Dress totally different from advertised would not stand up to trading standards. Material of dress completely different
