Received email asking how I liked product. Product was never received. After several months, they finally stated they would ship a replacement, that was several weeks ago. I received the same email again, and again, the product has never arrived. Order at own risk, good chance you will never receive their product.

I've read all the negative reviews about this product but I can only attest to my use of it I put it on my feet at night put on some socks and I feel 100% better in the morning I realize it's only a temporary relief but it gives me a great start to the day it is a bit pricey but no more expensive than some face creams out there you usually last me about a month and a half using a daily at night

I purchased the smallest one jar I could obtain. And i'm really glad that I did because this product was absolutely worthless and did nothing to help my neuropathy. If you are having problems with neuropathy.Do not order this product.Because you will not be able to return it if you use the first and only jar. It is way overpriced for the lack of results that you get. IF YOU NEED THIS KIND OF A PRODUCT , LOOK ELSEWHERE, I PROMISE YOU WILL BE GLAD THAT YOU DID.

Ordered 2 jars on July 28th 2026, now August 12th still not received. Sent two emails with no response. Disputed charges on my credit card.

I have neuropathy, just tingling and numbness, not the shooting pain. Numbness was getting worse. I’ve been using the roll on and so far I’ve noticed a big change. My feet are now softer and I can feel the fishing line test and ankle vibration test. We’ll see, I’m a skeptic with online only sales.

Product sucks and they just took 54.00$ out of my account after paying over one hundred dollars for what I purchased. My bank will be excluding this fraudulent company, just went in my account and took my money. I call that thievery.

I like the cream but when I ordered from the website, I was shipped an unrelated product. Tried to contact customer service on their website by sending an email as that is the only contact they give. No response. Tried again, they had changed the email. No response. Frustrated!

I ordered mama bear Oasis for my husband's neuropathy. All seemed well until I got order verification & shipment email. When I clicked on 'view order' or 'tracking info' it said website not available. I went to the website, found my order, contacted customer service with my fears and no response. I have not received the order but I was definately charged!

I ordered 2 jars via Amazon & 2 weeks later got a message from VEHO that my order was cancelled & undeliverable. Total. BS - I finally got a refund from Amazon - needless to say I won't order again !!

I tried everything they recommended but it just didn't work for me. Trying to navigate the website to ask questions was kind of difficult. I gave them a 3 because they did refund my money.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering this product! I ordered it on May 15, 2026 was told I would receive it by May 29, 2026! Today is June 23, 2026 and still no product! I paid $59.65 for the product. The only way to contact them is through email. I’ve emailed them several times requesting a refund with no response! There are two different email addresses. For a senior citizen this is all very confusing. I’m going to my bank and file a fraud charge as well as contacting the BBB and posting an YELP review!ordered directly through Momma Bear Oasis because they were cheaper than Amazon. Beware!!

Very poor customer service. I ordered 3 jars of nerve pain cream and was sent hair growth product. It is impossible to reach this company. Never will I order from them again. Very disappointed to say the least! Step up Mama bear.

I have had 6 surgeries on each foot. 12 total. I am still healing from 2 broken ankles with the right one, I have a bracket and 8 screws. It doesn't work with severe nerve pain and if I saw nothing but good reviews I could've saved my money. $35 on disability is not going to work.

My daughter told me about this Mama Bear Oasis and said that she was going to order me a jar. When she gave it to me I thought, This isn't going to do a thing for my my burning g feet. Sometime later I tried it and to my surprise it actually worked to relieve the burning and tingling to my feet. All I know is that it works for me and I recommend it to anybody that needs relieve from burning feet..

I never received my package from them I been waiting almost a month this crazy. Never again and I don’t receive a email so I can track it or nothing.

I was a little hesitant on buying this cream based on other products I have tried. Has my neuropathy been cured... of course not. Can I tell a difference in my feet....yes I have. I have less of a burning sensations and the "shocking electricity stabs" have lessened considerably. I stepped on a piece of dry cat food and I FELT IT. It was felt enough that I stopped and looked at the sole of that foot and there it was stuck to my foot. I told my daughter and her friend about it and they asked the name of the cream I was using. I think they might end up buying a jar.

Excellent results! Applied twice a day. No more burning pain! There are alot of knock offs out there. Buyer beware.

I've had their product for over a week and have been applying their lotion to my numb foot everyday and applying it 3 times a day morning, noon, and at night before going to sleep. There has been no physical change of feeling in my foot what so ever. I've bought two jars or containers of this product and will continue to use it till its gone, and if it starts to work like they claimed in their advertising then I'll rewrite this review. But after a week and 3 times a day you would think this product would have kicked in by now which it hasn't. So far I'm very dissatisfied with this product, so you consumers please beware. I may even see if I can send my second container back for a refund, but not sure about the refund policy.

l got fooled by their claims , Don’t fall for it unless you enjoy giving away your money .
