Samir was just absolute A+ handling my case. His approach was no nonsense, honest but I got the impression straight away that he was very good at what he does. I was in a pretty bad state emotionally after experiencing an issue and subsequent threats of court from a rail provider and the outcome potentially was quite poor but Samir worked his magic and it was sorted very quickly especially considering it was over Xmas and all the Bank Holidays. Cannot say thank you enough honestly!
