We wished to do both a Transfer of Equity and a Declaration of Trust. Unlike a couple of other solicitors we spoke to, Manak Solicitors were able to do both pieces of work. Both were completed professionally and in the time and cost promised. Staff are great to deal with, notably Jasdeep and Rebecca (Transfer of Equity) and Nosheen (Declaration of Trust).

Samir was excellent. TfL were pursuing prosecution for a family member for fare evasion and this was risking his employment. Samir sorted us out with a formal psychological assessment by a third party expert that confirmed the autism we always suspected. This provided mitigation, alongside the other evidence that Samir suggested, leading to TfL dropping the case entirely.
Samir was very professional and clear throughout - while he was open to suggestions about wording and things to include in our submissions, he was also very clear when he felt that our suggestions would not be helpful, with good explanations as to why his proposed solution would be more likely to succeed.

He clearly knows his stuff when it comes to how TfL and other TOCs run their processes and what is or isn't likely to work.

Overall an excellent outcome and I have no hesitation in recommending Manak solicitors and Samir in particular if you find yourself facing a fare evasion charge.
