The assessor was punctual and efficient. He was polite throughout. I received my results the same day and my certificate the following day.

I thought communication was pretty poor. I asked if photographs would help prove work done to assist with the assessment and also mentioned I had other EPCs that needed doing. These e-mails were largely ignored. EPC arranged with tenant and carried out promptly though.

Was so easy to book online and plenty of appointments to suit your availability. On the morning of the survey I was contacted with a half hour notice of arrival and the surveyor was very polite and respectful of the property.

Great communication. Assessor was very polite and described what he would be doing and where he would going in the house. We had text confirmation of appointment and a follow up call to let us know he was ahead of his schedule. We received the report the same evening as promised.
