I ordered 10 items & he was kind enough to call to say they werent in stock and then offered a very similar substitute which he said was basicallythe same. Even offering to send 1 as a trial to see if it was ok. In the past with other companies they have just sent out replacements with no contact and they were nothing like my ordered choice. I trusted Manchester vape man and said to send the 10 and to his word they were exactly like my normal flavour. Top customer service 👌

I have to message the company to ask them to send my orders, there clearly not checking there orders properly,I ordered mine on Friday after the cut off point which I understand,but I shouldn't have to be messaging the company at 4pm Monday asking when my orders being processed

Hi Damien,
You first emailed us asking why your order hadn't dispatched on a Monday and we explained to you because you ordered after the 4pm cut off point on the Friday your order would be dispatched on the Monday, then your second order you placed was also on a Friday after the 4pm cut off point and again you messaged us asking why your order hadn't been dispatch on the Friday. We did advise you to order before the 4pm cut off for same day dispatch.
Sorry if from our side we wasn't more clear about the cut off point.
