Final result was okay. But there were quite a number of bumps on they way there. Quality control should be improved. The 3 stars is because they solved the job and the issues in the end.

Working with Mandasa Technologies was a great experience. Communication was clear and concise. Response time was very quick. I highly recommend them and will be using their services again.

I hired this company to fix the categories on my Shopify store. I said later I would like to redesign my website. They require payment up front. I paid no problem. They told me 10-15 working days to have it finalized. They started redesigning my website. I told them ok it's not what I wanted to do but since we are here is the design that I am looking for. They never did the design I asked. Over a month later they have still not done the categories that are high importance. They scheduled a second online call, the woman I was speaking to on zoom did not listen to me once and was working on other websites during our meeting. Notifications were coming up that her credit card was declined. I told them I would like a refund and I cannot continue to work with them. They then recategorized the products as asked in the first email. They refunded me 300. I paid 300 to add a few categories. I turned them in to PayPal and have been receiving non stop harassing texts: text after text being called names. I think it is possibly a language issue but also total unprofessional and a fraud company.

Reached out to them to o make some custom changes to our Shopify store. They got it done quickly. Prompt communication. Highly recommend.
