Ordered ornaments based on website which looked like quality item. What I received was a very poor quality plastic product from China.
Customer service only off a 20% refund and say can keep the item.
Pushed for a full refund and was told have to send back to warehouse in China, the item sits in customs for weeks and customer services refuse to contact their own warehouse to find out what happening.

Do not use this company you wait weeks for the item then when it finally arrives is total rubbish and you have been charged triple the amount the goods are actually worth. Avoid this company.

The decorative item I bought instantly upgraded my shelf display. Quality exceeded what I expected for the price couldn't ask for much moree😎

I have purchased an external hard drive and what i have received instead a piece of plastic with a fake micro SD Card sticked inside i contacted the customer support for a full refund and they only want to give you a fraction of the price so i will not recommend this site if you don't want to be cheated because they are fraudsters.

I wanted to purchase a hard drive for my computer, nothing fast or premium but something to just store excess files on while my SSD could handle the heavy load

What I instead recieved was a paperweight plastic rectangle that immitates a storage device, placing it into my computer has been problem after problem, and I could barely even send 2 small video files over to it, it even crashed my whole system and required a restart

The customer support was nice during delivery, though that is all I can say positive, unfortunately

As another reviewer said, they mark up items to £30, which while low for what its imitating, is far too high for the actual product you recieve in the mail days after.

Arrived a day earlier then expected which was a nice surprise.very very happy with my order.

Been sent a faulty item I cant get a refund first they I can keep the item for a 10% refund I refused. They then offered 20% discount which I refused. Next step is either citizens advice or trading standards to try get a resolution.

The design is unique and catches everyones attention. Shipping was faster than expected. Packaging was secure🥰.

They show a product for £27.then send a cheap imitation of it thats worth £1.

Very poor, item takes 2-3 weeks to arrive from China. Poor quality and returns are an absolute nightmare. They trap you as return to china cost so much that you end of keeping the item. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Breaches UK Consumer Rights Act & Asks Customers to Falsify Customs Forms. Awful experience do not use

Completely false advertising. I order a picture frame that said it was real wood (it’s not), said it came with a glass cover (it does not), and said it’s high quality (it’s cheaply made in China). I have contacted customer service but not heard back yet. I waited weeks for the frame to be delivered after ordering and it was for a wedding gift, completely disappointed

I purchased a neckless from this company. It was not as described. It was advertised as oath of the option, picture and description was

What I received was a cheap frame with what appears to be a blob of resin over the frame - no detail, as described, looked more lick something from a child’s 59p luck bag.
There customer service was a joke - offered a refund if £2.70.
PLEASE DON NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I wish I could upload the photos to show you this substandard cheap piece of rubbish for which they charge £27.00.
Please scroll on - they really don’t provide what you ordered.
Also - there is no facility to place a review on their site. I presume their excellent reviews in their site, are fabricated.
