I went to the opening of a new shop in Hills Rd in Cambridge with some Italian visiting students. The guys working there were nice, friendly, educated, but there was a tall, loud, crass man dressed in black who ruined everything. Probably the owner. A proper “cafone”.
More importantly, I am not feeling well today. Digestion problems with unpleasant side effects. I am concerned that some of the products were off.

The owner is a despicable person.

The stuff was great .. but delivery came very late 5 hours late and the cheese wasn’t so good to be honest after that time outside the fridge

Great service, prices and products

Disappointing. Wide selection at good prices, however not without problems. The vacuum sealed coffee I ordered arrived not opened but certainly not vacuum sealed. They must have known because there was also an additional package of a different kind of coffee (one I neither wanted nor ordered). In addition, it was packed with the long pasta packages on the bottom, with a larger glass jar placed directly on top, thus breaking much of the pasta underneath. A pity because of wide selection but poorly handled with no apparent care.

It's so difficult to buy salted capers in the UK. These are great and perfect for so many dishes that require a punchy caper hit. They are keenly priced, arrived really quickly and were well packaged.

I’ve been very happy with Mangia e Bevi. The products are excellent quality, the prices are fair, and the customer service has always been friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues.

The only area that could be improved is the packaging and delivery process. A little more care with packaging would help ensure orders arrive in perfect condition.

Overall, a great company that I would happily recommend, and I will continue ordering from them.
