Sunjay Chauhan and his colleague Dominic Challinor have been the most helpful and responsive people during our first house buy. Highly recommend!!

Understanding and professionalism throughout by Emma Cousins

It was a joy to work with Sunjay Chauhan and Dominic Challinor again when we needed to find new mortgage for our home. Sunjay listened closely to all our concerns and gave us highly personalised, professional advice. It was a great reassurance to receive advice we knew we could trust and to have the process made as simple as possible for us.

We had an excellent experience working with Sunjay as our mortgage broker for our first home. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Buying a property and arranging a mortgage can be stressful, but Sunjay made everything feel straightforward and manageable.

He took the time to fully understand our situation and explained all the available mortgage options clearly, without any pressure. What really stood out was his patience and attention to detail — he was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure we understood each step of the process.

Sunjay worked hard to secure a competitive mortgage deal and handled everything efficiently, which gave us real peace of mind. His communication was outstanding throughout, and we always felt like we were in safe hands.

We genuinely appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and dedication to getting the best outcome possible. We
would highly recommend Sunjay to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mortgage broker. Thank you again for all your help and support!

As a first time buyer, I had a great experience with Steve McConville and Mohammed Shoaib, who were there to help me at every step of the mortgage and insurance process. Steve gave me some invaluable advice regarding the best mortgage for me and the best insurance policies, as well as being receptive to my thoughts between difference mortgage products. Both were there to answer any questions that I had quickly and professionally, making sure the mortgage went through as smooth as possible.

They are helpful

I want to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to Sophie and Katie at Mortgage Advice Bureau for their friendly and super-efficient service.
Sophie was very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish, our mortgage application was sorted super quick (she achieved a larger lending amount than we thought we were eligible for)! We received regularly updates, which made the process stress-free. The follow up support we received from Katie was equally positive, professional and efficient. Thank you, Sophie and Katie, for your excellent service!
