Couldn’t fault this company’s service. Extremely helpful with my first order, as it was a wool I hadn’t used before. Then when I was disappointed with the wool, obviously not their fault but the manufacturer, made every effort to listen to my concerns and make my next experience better. Cannot speak to highly of them and will continue to use them.

Every colour I wanted was in stock and at such a great price. Delivery was quick, this was my first order and I'll be back again soon.
