All I can say is that the worst customer experience I have ever had. Misleading website, customer service number is fake, bad attitude with customer service responses and from what I see of other reviews, it's a consensus

I purchased a shoes, but Mantadrop sent a wrong size. I was able to call the number 1 (206)393-8027 for return. Customer service said via verbal and email that once they received the returned item with return label fee, Mantadrop will return the money to me. However, it has been 4 months the money has not been returned.

1 (206)393-8027 number only directs to visit the website to file a case. No one will pick up the phone anymore. During the past 4 months, I created a ticket for 4 times for the return label fee, but Mantadrop just ignored my request and simply close the case without any explanation.

STAY AWAY!!! THIS IS SCAM!! DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!

Ordered a backpack for Christmas…

Ordered a backpack for Christmas received with no problem, BUT ordered another on 12/26 but still haven’t received. I started a “ticket” and responded twice with no response yet??? Please help.

They reached out after this post and said it was lost in the mail. Today finally received my refund. Will not order again, not dependable.

Awful customer service, misleading size chart

Since I didn't find a way to leave a review on their website, I'm doing it here. I ordered over $100 of merchandise for a costume but it was too small even though I ordered a size bigger than what I usually do. When I contacted them, they claimed that they couldn't replace the merchandise since they were "out of stock" and I couldn't get a refund because I had to cancel the order before it arrived. One of my products didn't come either and they wouldn't do anything about it, claiming that the tracking number is proof enough. Now, I'm stuck with a costume that doesn't fit at all. This was a huge waste of money on a company clearly doesn't care about their customers and only cares about swindling them out of their money. I'd leave 0 stars if I could since my experience with them was so terrible.

Products are not what described

I wrote a review about my order not coming in on time already.. the Oder was promised to deliver a few days before Christmas.. they just came in today January 17! I’m already mad about the timing.. when we looked at the shoes, it has the stitching running down the front of the shoe and the back of the heel! I am very unsatisfied with this company and the quality of their products! We paid $70 for shoes that look ridiculous!

THIS COMANY IS A SCAM

First I got a notice saying the shipment was going to be delayed, then another saying it was in process. Two months later and I still have no product, no tracking number, no response, no refund.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I agree - had to leave one star otherwise can't leave a comment. All the other comments on this company mimic the experience I have had. I believe they are a scam company - placed my order on 12/3/2019, received a confirmation I would have by 12/23/2019, did not get it. Sent them a message - they responded to me on the 24th that the order shipped that day. Tracking does NO GOOD!! They are a scam, save your money. You are wasting your money and your time.

Scam !!

Scam !!! Do not order ... I ordered a month ago said it would be here between December 14-21 never received item or tracking or anything till I contacted them December 23 rd then they added a tracking which I am believing is bogus !!! Won’t answer for a refund ....oh yeah an now the estimated arrival time says may 19th 2019 which obviously already passed !!!!

Basically no customer service! What a joke. I’ve called twice and a recording said to email them and I did twice with no response. I was charged and still never received my order from a month ago??? And did go through the ticket center as well.

Do not order from this company They charged my account on the day the order was placed it has been almost a month and I still have not received my order or any reply regarding my order
This company is Fraud there isn't even a way to request a cancellation. I have tried so many times to contact them and was unable to. This was a Christmas gift for my son and it's very sad that it won't be received

I've contacted you through your online support center and I haven't gotten a response.

This is getting frustrating, since you seem to respond to reviews I decided to give it a shot.

I need to know if my order is going to be full filled, if not I need to order from somewhere else. I purchased these shoes for a Christmas present and I haven't gotten a response from you. It's pretty bad to feel like you've been taken advantage of during Christmas. I'm hoping that's not the case here.

Give EXTRA time to receive order!!

Ordered an item over a month ago, have received an email stating the order was fulfilled but has yet to be shipped. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times that says there will be a response in 24 hours and have yet to receive an answer in a week.
The company finally responded after this review was posted and the item should be here in a couple of days.

I want a refund.

Since this is the only way they actually respond to me I guess I have to voice my problem on here. They DO NOT respond to their ticket centers and I am still charged over $50 for the product that I ordered and I have no information on it at all. They won’t send me a confirmation email and at this point I just want a refund. I want it immediately because you guys are obviously not trustworthy and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not make any purchases from…

Do not make any purchases from MantaDrop.com. This website appears to be automated to collect peoples credit card info, email addresses, mailing addresses, etc...and not actually sell or ship anything. I placed an order for $117.32, waited 3 weeks, the site doesn't show any real tracking info, just that the package has been packed and ready to be shipped, but doesn't leave their warehouse. This way when you request to cancel after not recieving, they say the package was trashed or lost by the shipper.

So why go through all these hoops and not actually sell anything? The answer is pretty simple, they now have our credit card info, home and/or mailing address, phone number and email address. All this can be sold or used for fraudulent activities. It sure isn't to sell products on their website.

If you have placed an order on their site, keep an eye out for any fraud charges on your credit card, an influx of spam junk emails, or additional junk mail being deliverd than usual.

I googled this location, it doesn't look like they even have an office or storefront there.

Firstly, this a hurt and totally wrong about us, it also showed you don't know anything about the commercial website when you shopping on our websites the third-party like Google and Facebook will collect your cookies and your payment information be collected by payment gateway the only information we collect is your shipping address which one has been accepted by you before placed your order when you tick on term and condition accept we didn't force your hand to use our service.

No answers from the site at all!!

I placed an order on December 2nd, I recieved 2 text messages and 1 email about my order. Their site says that it has been processed but it still has not shipped!! I have sent them 3 of their vr tickets they say they will reply toonin 24 hours with no reply at all. My order was processed on December 4th it is now the 12th!! 8 days without shipping and no reply as to why!!

I did contact your resolution Center and have still not gotten any answers as to when my package will actually ship. And it always takes longer than 24 hours for a response.

Scam!

Scam!! Scam!! Alert!! Do not buy anything from this company!! This Seller copied all the information from my Ebay account and its currently selling my product without authorization or even having any product in stock. Very illegal to change my prices, charge fir shipping and they dont even have one item to ship. This is also breaking the copyright that Ebay has put into place.
I have called them many times to no avail. Try it yourself and you will see what Im talking about. 😡😡😡

They willfully distribute others property without the owners permission

They willfully infringe on others intellectual property. The claim they will respond to even an alleged infringement within 24 hours. This is not an alleged infringement as my name is on the book. It’s been 10 days with 7 Cease and Desist orders, and I have not heard back from them, and my intellectual property is still being illegally distributed by them. Even if they do remove it, in 10 days they could put it back up if the infringer just says- I have permission. No proof, because there isn’t any. Then I have to take them to court.

RESPONSE- Their advertising says they will take down even an alleged infringement in 24 hours. So far it’s been 14 days and they are still selling and distributing my material. It gets better... they have “changed their name” three times in three years... hum..
I wonder why?

Update. They have finally taken my books off their USA site. Perhaps clicking my ads a few thousand times had something to do with it...
