Super good quality
Super good quality. I’ve got one of their basic masks going on 3 years now. Comfortable, no pressure on the eyelids. I work nights so I wear a lot of masks, and my Manta one is the only one that never gives me a headache. Customer service is responsive and solves issues quickly. Can’t recommend them enough!

Customer service is amazing
Unfortunately the sleep Sound Mask was too big for me as I have a very small head. When I contacted customer service not only did they give me a refund but they told me to keep the mask and gift it to a friend. Nice!

I love these eye-wraps and product support.
I love these eye-wraps. The best in the market and I've used everything. They are completely lightproof, they are very comfortable as they don't touch the actual eyes, and there is no metal hardware to rub on ears or snag on bedding.
I also suffer from ocular rosacea and so need to have a warm eye compress from time-to-time. I have used other microwave compresses, but the STEAM eye cups are amazing, and they fit right into the mask template.
I did end up having an issue with my first mask as it was black and some of the dye bled onto my white pillowcase. When I sent an email to support, they followed up immediately and refunded my money. Which I turned right around and bought a white one.

I was not able to use the product
I was not able to use the product, but Manta quickly refunded my purchase without question and was extremely kind and polite. My brother is a retired commercial airline pilot and absolutely loves his mask. Pilots, due to their fluctuating schedules, have to be able to block out all light and sleep at any time of day, so I put great faith in his experience. However, I suppose because I have a very small head, the fit didn’t work for me and I found it to be uncomfortable and couldn’t use it. But, I can’t praise the company enough for being great to deal with. The product was delivered within days of order also.

super friendly customer service, didn't give me a headache when i wasn't satisfied with a mask (good quality, just not for me). sent a refund immediately and let me keep the mask.

Great Product and Great Customer Service
I am very happy with the Sound Mask latest generation. It's really good and worth every penny.
I tried several others that were supposed to be for side sleepers and found they hurt my ears overnight. This one doesn't. I really like how you can move the headphones easily to fit over your ear for good fit and great sound quality.
The light blocking is also very good as I sometimes take naps during the day and no longer have to close my shades to make the room dark.
I am also very pleased with the customer service I received. I had a battery issue and they were very responsive. I got sidetracked with work and failed to respond in a timely fashion and they followed up to make sure I didn't forget to respond. Very proactive and much appreciated.
After some easy troubleshooting, I sent a picture of the battery issue, they sent me a new unit right away. Fast, friendly and professional.
I've already told other frequent travelers I know about the mask and the service since I'm super happy with the experience. I did a LOT of research before buying and am confident I made the right decision. The positive customer service experience was icing on the cake.

Great products & customer service!
I originally purchased the pro sleep mask and the sound sleep mask for my husband as a black friday deal in 2023 - absolutely love the products! Last month (march 2026), the Velcro detached from the eyepiece, so I asked for a replacement. Initially, they sent me a coupon code for a new mask, but I politely asked them if they could make this a warranty replacement, and Erica worked it out so I could just get the replacement pieces I needed. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

The eye mask is clearly very good…
The eye mask is clearly very good quality and looks cool. It looks and seems to be as described. I’m very picky and it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. Just a little more bulky than what I wanted. I let them know and they could not have handled the return better. It is the best quality eye mask I’ve seen, so even though it wasn’t right for me, I think most people would like it. Customer service was perfect and I appreciate them.

I love your products!
I work overnight and have for a decade now. Sleep during the day was so hard for so long. Other Sleep masks helped but had issues with light slipping in.
Then I saw the ads, and tried your original Manta Sleep Mask. It worked. I got one for my partner and she loved it! When that one wore out, I got your Manta Sleep Mask Pro. It was even better!
I intend to acquire one of your silk ones soon.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address for my order, and by the time I realized it, the item had already shipped. Despite the mistake being entirely on my end, the team quickly stepped in and corrected the shipment at no additional cost.

I love the silk mask
I love the silk mask. This is my third, and it’s very cool and comfortable and helps my sleep. I like the feel of the weighted mask, but it’s too hot to sleep comfortably this time of year. Maybe in winter.
