Purchased a manual for 0.99p.. incorrect manual was emailed to me . Sent an email requesting the correct one but no reply.
Now checked my credit card and they have taken a payment of £130.83 !!

ordered a manual; paid £0.83; they said ‘in progress’ - 3 days later, no progress. I saw the trust pilot comments, phoned my credit card company + they blocked the merchant for 13 months (but still a risk after that 13 mo).

I have never subscribed to this rogue scamming group and I never will. Just refund my payment.

Die Webseite gaukelt einem vor das das das gesuchte Manual vorhanden ist. Ist es aber oft gar nicht. Es nutzt die Hilfsbedürftigkeit aus um schnell viel Geld zu verdienen. Mann kann z.B. testweise in der Suche nach Geräten suchen, deren Typenbezeichnung es gar nicht gibt. Aber selbst dann findet Manualsguru immer angeblich die gewünschte Anleitung. Für mich ist das Betrug, da Menschen im guten Glauben Geld investieren ohne den gewünschten Gegenwert zu bekommen

1. I had to create an account & log in before I could purchase the item I asked for. This is irregular from my experience.
2. In doing so I had to use a password that was visually provided on an email that preempted my purchase. There was no suggestion given that I should immediately change this password for security reasons.
3. I should have been pre-warned that I was purchasing a subscription to receive marketing & not just purchasing an item. Yes this information was in the Terms & Conditions on the website but I didn’t notice the cost of a subscription & it turned out to be substantial (149 euros) to renew automatically every billing cycle unless cancelled within 7 days.
4. The billing cycle is ambiguously stated as bi-monthly which could mean every second month or twice a month. I immediately cancelled my subscription as I don’t intend to make any further purchases but it’s still unclear to me if I will be billed for the first cycle at 149 euros for an otherwise very inexpensive item.
5. After downloading a pdf of the purchased manual using the link sent to me, I received another email several days later, providing the same link as if I hadn’t already received it.

I ordered a manual for one of my model train locomotives because I had misplaced the original, and could not find a manual on line.
However manualsguru website was shown in my search results, so I thought I would try them.
After registering with them I entered the details of the requred manual, paid the nominal fee and waited. The search process atarted almost immediatle and within about a minute a message appeared saying that my manual had been located,and that the system was prcessing my order.
A few days later I got an email saying that th emanual was now available to download so I did.
An excellent service at great price..

Una estafa en toda regla compre una primer manual por el precio ofertado 0.99€ y recibí una suscripción por 149,99€. Voy a ponerlo en manos de los servicios jurídicos del banco

Es hat nach der Anmeldung einige Tage gedauert, aber dann könnte ich die Bedienungsanleitung ohne Probleme herunterladen.

They got back to me to say they had found a manual for my product, but it seems there are many manuals for this product, which is more due to the manufacturer than the Manual finder. I thank them for the care

I ordered a manual on website and paid 0.95€ for service, at beginning manual should have been delivered at payment, after they told in 24 hours, after thay told in 24 WORKING hours, after they cancelled my profile, I understood they are loosing time to charge full payment and blocked my credit card to avoid the 149€ charge after one week, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES !!!!!

pdf of manual had large areas and pages blanked out. Not quite useless.

Ho acquistato in data 23/03 un manuale con addebito su carta di € 0,95, mai arrivato. In data odierna è stato tentato un addebito di € 149 su carta di credito per servizi mai richiesti. Si tratta certamente di un tentativo di truffa

la ricerca di un manuale poco noto, tanto che inizzialmente non si trovava, ma che poi siete riusciti a recuperare dimostra una serieta oggi poco comune. complimenti per proffesionalita e competenza. altamente consigliati
