I ordered a manual on their special offer and thought nothing of it, but when no manual dowload link materialised, I tried looking on my account on their website and found that when I re-entered the detais to check on progress, the site simply created a second order for the same manual. I have reported them to the Fraud police and advised my bank, who said to keep an eye out for charges from this crowd, or call 159 to flag them taking money without authorisation, as I have unsubscribed from all their products and services.

STEER WELL CLEAR!

This is a scam site. I ordered a manual online for 0.95 Euro on my credit card. Imagine my surprise when I found that, in addition to 0.95 Euro, they had taken and unauthorised and fraudulent charge of 149.99 Euro from my credit card. How is this crooked company still allowed to conduct business and why do online searches support this fraud through advertising?

Scammers. Didn't deliver the 0.95 euro item then helped themselves to 149.99 euros totally unauthorised. DO NOT USE.

Scam set up a subscription to take £199 from our account no idea who they even are

Why is Google AI advising on this SCAM? It's a subscription service not a one off fee which is not made clear until you pay and NO Manual arrives. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Pay 1.00 then 7 days later they take 130.00. Based in Ruislip I think we know what lot are behind this scam

Just been contacted by my bank. Manualsmate tried to take over £130 from my account after I purchased instructions for a slushy machine. Bank stopped it and informed me.
BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!

They have also attempted to scam me for £130.55. I had bought a Peugeot manual from them the previous week for 0.84p. Fortunately Barclaycard spotted the fraud and declined payment and contacted me. Well done Barclaycard shame on the fraudsters.

Similar scammer experienced by others. I paid less than £1 for a manual, which they didn’t find then tried to take £131 out of my account without my permission. Bank fraud team picked up on it. AVOID this company they are scammers

Meine Bewertung v. 19.02.2026 muss ich dahingehend korrigieren, dass es sich im Text um einen Tippfehler in der Sternenvergabe handelt!! „Ich hätte lieber 0 Sterne oder minus 5 Sterne vergeben“, müsste das heißen, was dann auch zum übrigen Text gepasst hätte…

Die Sache ging aber letztlich doch noch, zwar etwas aufwändig, aber „glimpflich“ aus!!
manualsmate.com hat mir ebenso wie bei anderen „Usern“ KEINE Auftragsbestätigung für ein angebliches 14-tägiges Probeabo“ geschickt, als ich für nur 95 Cent eine PDF - Datei (Gebrauchsanweisung auf Deutsch für einen neuen Fernseher) bestellt habe, nach wenigen Tagen aber wie beschrieben 149,99€ auf meiner Kreditkarte belastet, diese allerdings nach mehrfachem Anschreiben und der Ausübung meines 14-tägigen Widerrufsrechts den Betrag wieder zurück gebucht !!!

Ich hätte lieber -5Sterne für manualsmate.com abgegeben…
Für 95 Cent habe ich im Netz eine Bedienungsanleitung bestellt und nie eine erhalten.
Dabei war bei der Bezahlung
1. nicht einmal klar, dass ich an manualsmate.com bezahle, noch
2. dass ich dort ein Abo abgeschlossen haben soll!!!

Eine Abzockfirma erster Klasse.
0,95€ für eine TV Gebrauchsanleitung, die erst nach 5 Tagen kam, weder bei Bestellung via Internet war von einem Abo die Rede bzw. aufgeführt. Jetzt Belastung von € 149,95 ohne weitere Informationen!

Nach schriftlicher, berechtigter Beschwerde wurde mir per Email mitgeteilt, dass in den nächsten Tagen eine Gutschrift in gleicher Höhe auf das Kreditkartenkonto erfolgen wird!

Just stole £132.00 on my company credit card.

Ich wollte eine gebrauchsanweisung, habe 95 Cent bezahlt gebrauchsanweisung nie bekommen einen Tag später wurde mir von der Firma ein Betrag von 149,99 Euro für ein Abo abgebucht,habe aber nie eins bestellt leider habe ich erst dann im Internet mir die Bewertung von der Firma angesehen da bin ich wohl nicht der einzige. Lasst alle die finger weg von dieser Betrüger Firma. Ich werde heute Anzeige gegen diese Betrüger Firma bei der Staatsanwaltschaft machen.

Total scammers. Don't touch these people.

Ordered an instruction manual for my radio on 21st January 26 at a cost of 83p. Two days later they attempted to take £130.72 from my bank. Thankfully this was blocked by the bank's fraud team. I would urge anyone in the U.K. who has been affected in a similar way to report it to:

Scammers!!! For a kids train instructions manual they asked less than a euro, responding two days after they couldn't find it in the system after so much effort.

And this morning I am getting a message from my bank that the 150€ payment was declined due to insufficient amount on the card and a message from the scammers that they are sorry I unsubscribed from their website. They are getting reported further. I wish I was here before to check them out first.

I ordered a manual off them which was duly emailed for £0.82. Then a week later (15/01/2) they tried to charge my account with £130. Thankfully it was blocked. DO NOT use them...
