Thorough, swift and very helpful
Carl was very helpful taking me through the details of the products and meticulous in finding the best available product whilst being helpful at providing insight on the application process and getting in an offer from the lender as swiftly as possible

I cannot recommend Carl of Manuka…
I cannot recommend Carl of Manuka Mortgages highly enough. He has been incredibly helpful, clear and concise. I am very happy with the deal he has secured for me and for the considerate and attentive service he provides. If you are looking for a mortgage, then I would recommend using Carl.

I contacted Manuka Mortgages for mortgage advice. I spoke with Carl who was so helpful, friendly and professional. He talked me through everything and found out further information for me and sent it to me the same day. Would recommend to anyone.

Carl made re-mortgaging easy-breezy!
Completing a re-mortgage was always a moment of dread with previous brokers due to hassles and time consuming processes, until I came across Carl! He made the journey so smooth, quick and painless! He took all the stress away and I am so relieved that I no longer need to dread when my deal will end, to have to go through all this again! So a massive thank you for making life that little bit easier and I shall certainly be letting everyone I know where to come to ease them hassles!

Outstanding and caring service
My husband and I have been using Carl Atkinson's service as a mortgage advisor for more than 5 years and we have been always very impressed with what he has been ableto do for us. He has been oustanding, extremely professional and courteous, kind and caring in meeting our particular needs. I would highly recommend Manuka Mortgages to friends and family.

Carl makes everything stress free
I have used Carl in the past for my mortgages and to be honest, I can’t ever see me using anyone else. He has always been very professional, straight forward and there when we need him. Nothing is ever too much trouble. He takes things which seem complicated/ daunting to me and makes them simple and stress free. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will continue recommending him to family and friends. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
