After being letdown by a seller on eBay I decided to search for a more reliable company and found Maple Pools. Their pool pump prices were competitive so I managed to find the one I needed and made my purchase. Although the company is in NSW and I am in Far North Queensland I was very pleasantly surprised to have the pump delivered within three days of my order. I cannot praise highly enough for the customer service and I would have no hesitation recommending Maple Pools to anyone needing equipment online.

Quick delivery and fantastic value. Ordered replacement hoses for our pool cleaner and they arrived 2 days later. It was also the best price I could find - great value for money.

Apologies, couldn’t find anywhere else to leave feedback. Please fix your email system, I ordered one delivery and received 20 confirmation emails and 14 shipment delivered emails

Delivery was amazingly fast! Price for the product was the best I could find online.
Only downside was that their ordering system sent me 15 emails of the receipt which was a bit strange.

Arrived within 24hrs of purchasing online, everything spot on as ordered, would highly recommend!

Had the check valve I wanted at a great price and the shipping was super quick. A very pleasant purchasing experience.

Pool part for Barracuda is all good. Transaction poor - 12 confirmations sent & had to ring & then email twice to ensure I was only getting one item.
Courier was shocking - received email saying it was delivered at 8.02pm but we were home & no delivery made. No card left. Tracking number Could not be identified on Couriers tracker. Eventually sorted it out through Maples email advice.

Excellent sales service by the Maple Pools team! Plus delivery was exceptionally fast during these COVID times. I have since created an account and will certainly use their online services again.
