I have been making fairly big orders about every 6 months to stock up with essential for an Italian living abroad, such as guanciale and cheese - you can't easily find some of these products, not even at Waitrose or Ocado.
The quality is stellar at a very reasonable price, deli shops appear expensive and often they are, but if you buy some of the products in bulk you might end up saving a little even, but anyway it's the quality that matters to me.

I have been in the UK for over a decade now so I tried most if not all the major online Italian "delicatessen" shops and I think this is the best one, so I've settled with them for the last couple years.

Every time an order arrives from Marco is like Christmas in my house!

Been a customer for years and can not praise them more. One time they sent one the items that was the wrong one. Gave them a call and they offered to send me the right item straight away. I told them to send it with the next order so not to waste the journey and guess what...
In the next order was there and I forgot all about it.

Marcoalimentari sells products said to be 1kg but half the weight when drained from oil.

Also, have you ever tried to review a product on their website? Might work with a good one but good luck with a bad one!

Good choice, average prices but very poor customer care.

Super Italian deli option for London. Competitively priced and next day delivery with accurate time windows provided. This will be a regular.

I was really impressed by their service. Easy to navigate website, quick way to pay. We got the goods on time, packed with care in perfect conditions (Easter eggs!). Excellent quality. And last but not least, their driver was so jolly and polite. Well done. I shall certainly use them again.

Misleading prices as they do not include VAT, most likely a trick to get more chances to be on Google search results with a cheaper price. However prices are without VAT. More misleading the fact that some products says clearly that VAT is not included but other products (a lot!) do not say this so a customer thinks that is the full final price. I bought things that I thought were cheaper but at the end weren't! Lesson learned!

Superb service. My order delivered by their dedicated driver who was as cheerful as I have ever heard a delivery driver.
Perfect, intime and good price

Waited 1 week for scheduled delivery, stayed in all day but nobody showed up. When phoning them I was told possibly next day, but "customer service" didn't bother getting back to confirm. Cancelled order and got refund. Would not use again ever.

We use this website for mostly bottled water and Italian goodies - and are impressed by the range of items and the value. Delivery is free for over £125 - and next day (if ordered before 3.30 - you get a tracking code so you can see when they will arrive). The drivers have always been friendly, helpful and really nice. Happy to recommend (and hope they keep up deliveries to 'non-trade' customers).

We were so pleased to find this company delivering next day. A huge wheel of brie for £5.50 and huge pack of Wiltshire ham for £5.50, milk, butter, eggs, vegetables, everything but bread but they do sell flour, yeast etc. As the wholesale sizes are very large, you can either share with neighbours as the previous reviewer says, or as we did, indulge in a few bottles of wine to make up the amount. Min spend £70, to get free delivery £200

they are a wholesaler and they have just started to deliver to private people.
I am very happy with them.
They delivered quickly and according to the agreed timing.
Products are good, I know very well Italian food and I can tell they sell quality.
So happy also to finally find organic pasta!
Prices are very good and you can manage with neighbours to share the order.
I recommend them and use them again.
