My item was ordered and i paid for…
My item was ordered and i paid for shipping whixch was 3 day. It took weeks before I received my item. I sent emails and finally my item was delivered. I was never compensated and I was never reimbursed the shipping cost which I should have been. I also drove to the store in LA on a Friday during their regular business hours and the store was closed! The phone number also does not work. Very disappointed.

Nonexistent Customer Service
Missing an item from my shipment. I’ve contacted them multiple times and was finally told they would ship it out right away. Over 2 weeks later and nothing. Zero response from them. I will not purchase from Marco Marco again. Really disappointing since they have great underwear but I’ll do business elsewhere.
