Excellent products. Excellent service

Quality of items purchased excellent as expected. Quality of delivery was unacceptable. I live in self contained retirement flat and all post and parcels are delivered to my door. Everi dumped this parcel outside the main door to the complex which is unacceptable. This has happened five times recently and I am looking at the delivery companies name on any purchases I make. I am disabled and have to hope another resident is kind enough to deliver my parcel to me.

I had high hopes having found this company. The products look good and the delivery was amazing. However, I had a query with my order and I have tried to speak to this company and contact by email but nobody seems to be at the company to respond. The phone number goes into an option for different departments and I have tried all options for several days but there is only an answerphone. I have left messages but no response. I have also sent an email but no response. I find this really poor given that I am a new customer. Very disappointed for after sales care. I probably will not use again sadly.

Excellent product

I reserved a supreme manicure and pedicure for my Fiancée and her sister the day before our wedding for circa £250. They were approx 6 minutes late (our fault) forgot to finish one of my wife’s nails, no moisturiser, complained they hadn’t got time to do french manicures, was a totally underwhelming experience for them which could have been done in a average place for a fraction of the money. When they challenged them for the service received the staff were basically uninterested. Rudding park where we got married basically jumped to the rescue and refinished my wife’s nails for free saving the day. Don’t waste your money, not worth it and I don’t think they really care. No contact since Saturday to acknowledge our dissatisfaction. Won’t be using again.
