Bought last item in stock which came with missing parts. When contacting CS they obviously weren’t surprised with the issue but refused to take responsibility.

Marine Chandlery were excellent to deal with and they were very proactive in supplying my antifoul to my complete satisfaction. Very good people to do business with. James in particular was very helpful.

Slow Responses and abysmal customer service

I recently bought a rhib from Marine Chandlery. I had no idea what to choose and thanks to the invaluable advice from Graham we ended up with what turned out to be exactly what our family needed. The attention to detail was incredible, I was helped through every process, including delivery and set up, with a great deal of patience! I was also delighted to see that Marine Chandlery stocks far more than I could ever have imagined. Paddleboards, life jackets, engines, clothing, sunglasses, rope, it is a one-stop shop for everything you need for boating. Highly recommended and there’s also some really fabulous present ideas too, with prices to fit every budget. Highly recommended for everything nautical. A top chandlery and technical centre with outstanding service.

Fantastic products and super fast delivery ..

Have used Marine Chandlery before without problems but I thought I'd add a review this time.
I needed a couple of extra life jackets for some children who are coming out on our boat on Saturday. Was surprised on Wednesday night to find that Amazon couldn't deliver by Friday so I ordered some from Marine Chandlery at 10.30pm for next day delivery. Received despatch note from them just after 10am on the Thursday and they arrived at 3pm via UPS, so we're good to go for tomorrow. Simple stuff but knowing they'd arrive in good time for our trip, without paying over the odds, means a lot.

Andy and his staff were first class. They did a wonderful job repairing my Mariner outboard. Great service. I highly recommend them. Thanks

Ordered a cockpit table. I misjudged and orderent the wrong size. Rather than sending the whole thing back (heavy metal mounting kit + table top), they suggested just swapping the top. Super pragmatic. I was a little late to return it, but they made no comment on that. Great service. Highly recommended.

I only wish everyone in the marine leisure industry was as responsive and willing to make the process easy. Congratulations you're going into my file for future purchases.
