My boyfriend tried to purchase a necklace as a gift. The scammers took the money and never delivered any tracking code or the purchased good. *Customer service" lied in circles, showing no progress and providing no solution.
I should have read the reviews! I "got" the subscrption, which I cancelled immediately, and I sent them an email about the scam. Reply was useless.

They will place you ona sbscription without your knowledge, then, several months later you realize you are getting skimmed for money for a subscription.

This company is a total scam. Try reaching them on the phone number they provide or the email they provide they cannot be reached. They told me to look at my order and they ended up processing $58. I sent 50 emails and 50 phone calls there’s no way to reach them. I will have to cancel with my credit card company, I recommended everyone does if they ordered by mistake and do not let these skimmers get away with us are there to steal your money like everyone else who does these things for fake causes do your research first
The jewellery is poor quality and tarnished badly after a handful of wears, the tracker codes do not work, the customer service is insincere and untrustworthy. PayPal have taken over the case in order for a refund to be secured. The person I spoke with at Marine Life Mission assured me a refund had been given but am still waiting. I strenuously suggest not using this company. I have reported them for potentially fraudulent activity.
