a very dishonest company. I had a voucher and went in one day to purchase something which only used a part of the voucher. I was told by a female member of staff to keep my receipt as this proof of the amount left on the original voucher via a no. they had printed on the receipt. When I came back to purchase more items they would not honour the rest of the voucher as they said I would have to have the original voucher , which they kept on the first occasion. one word comes to mind GANGESTERS.

1-2 days expected delivery delays as stated on the website.
Still nothing received 10 days after..and very expensive delivery costs. No news, no answer to my request....

I purchased a water pump for my Volvo engine. I first received a lot of information from customer service and after placing the order I received the pump in 3 days in Italy. Really serious and efficient.

Scammers, that's what they are! Bought a fuelpump which was in stock but doubt it. I paid for FedEx priority International and the item was not shipped. Will file an official complaint with the Spanish government and their Spanish supplier REMAR which prevent Marineparts.ie from doing any business in Spain!

Bought a fee parts didn't need in the end bring them back and asked for credit the owner started a big fight over 23€ will never go back again keep away go to sullivans

Yet another online business selling parts that they don't actually have in stock. Had to phone enquiring about my order as it hadn't arrived, Owen who answered the phone couldn't have cared less whether I got them or not.

I have ordered a Seastar helm pump, got it within 6 days to Austria.

Ordered an electric outboard motor, good price, well packed - all as expected. As an exported item Ireland to UK, I pay VAT / duty based on the commercial invoice supplied to DPD. The invoice had the incorrect amount resulting in 40GBP of extra VAT. This was raised on the 10th Feb, You have acknowledged the error, blamed your packers (not confirmed if the packers are your agents, DPD staff or your staff). But you have not taken responsibility to resolve it and ceased communicating on 25th Feb.

Such a shame.

No complaints, website is easy to use and stuff arrived after 2 days. They are based in Ireland which gave me a lot of comfort as I've been let down by foreign suppliers before. Would recommend
