I sent in a request via email and within a few hours or less, I received an update, from Maria, where my request had already been fulfilled.

My positive experience in this program was based on the timely consideration of my needs and the level of responsiveness I encountered from Maria, the support person. I was also impressed by Steven's outstanding skills as an instructor of adult students from the working world. Never didactic, he leavened his teaching with anecdotes, many from personal experience, good humor and an appreciation of the different levels that learners brought to his video classes. I would recommend the program, without reservations.

I had signed up for my 2 day course July 24 & 25, but missed it, due to complications at home. Berating myself I signed up for this
weekend. Jason from MMG called to advise me to watch 2 specific videos in preparation for this weekend. I was apologetic about missing the course earlier. As I thought these were the only 2 chances I’d have to take the 2 day course. Jason quickly and nicely explained that the there will be many more 2day courses. And if he thought I needed to take it again, he would personally make a spot for me.
They are there for you. This is a lifetime membership. They won’t let me miss anything. They have your back. They really do want to help you to succeed.

Well, I just got ignored by Jordan, who supposedly answers the questions for everyone after Steve does his presentation about the 2 day class. I read these reviews and had 3 questions. 1: Is there a reason we can't see others questions and comments? 2: Is there a $10k "Real" program after we pay this $1195 for this course? 3: Are you intentionally ignoring my questions because you are still saying you see others questions and sending them the lik to sign up. I also stated this is not good or helpful for starters, after he asked" Are there anymore questions." They don't seem very trustworthy and the negative detailed reviews seem to be true. All theyseemed to be interested in was pushing this 2 day course. Sign up, sign up, sign up. Link, link, link. And like one other person said: Jordan did talk about his martial arts son, lol. All while ignoring my questions.

MMG Market Mastery Group / Trade Like a Pro. I just got scammed by market mastery group - Steven Sitkowski. an online stock trading outfit. They hook you in with a $1000 seminar which is the meat & potatoes of what they offer. Then try to get you to sign up for a $4000 1 year course of which they provide NOTHING. Bogus trades that dont execute, An empty FB Group Page, NOT answering any questions for new people. Just a bunch of frustrated & broke members who gave Sitkowski & Rios their hard earned money. I fell for this. After 3 WEEKs of ZERO trades even executing in THEIR system I knew I was being scammed but I gave them a chance. I filed a dispute with my CC company. They are REFUSING to refund. They presented the course incorrectly & then their pitch guy tried to screw me out of an additional $1000 for a 2 day seminar I later found out was FREE. Now since I filed a claim they blocked me from the program completely & want to KEEP MY MONEY. They even LIED to my CC company & said that I "Canceled". I DID NOT. I will be going to the NYDCP, the FTC & THE NYAG with this. If youve been scammed by this outfit I encourage you to do the same. And an Attorney. Sitkowski is the pitch guy for several of these stock market trader 'Gurus'. He markets heavy on facebook. If you see his name RUN LIKE HELL the other way. Dont get scammed like I did.

I value consistency above everything else and I place value on patience above rushed efforts. They’ve been consistent and have been patient and they offer valuable information that can guide one in making informed decisions that totally up to you to make.

customer service was very bad. I was not able to use my own password. was not getting trade notifications. it was hard to learn date entry with there videos. there webinars were hard for me as a beginner. It was a very expensive service for there style of training new beginners

What made this a great experience is the fact that when sending out an email the company addressed me in a individual and personal response after onboarding with the company the email came to me right away and then followed up with a reminder for event dates I responded back to the email as it was addressed personally from the owner of the company me asking is this really you steve? A follow-up email came along sometime after that satisfied my concerns for example they were intentional about responding to my email.

Maria (a support team member) was very effective with helping me regain access to my account (after I provided my information). This was solved very nicely and I'm happy they were there to help me. Market Mastery Group is very professional. Thank you!

I listened to the free webinar on zoom. I was impressed with the stories of how they developed and make money. I was surprised to hear the price was only $1195. It was a lifetime membership. Plus you can add extra people. This sounded like a great deal. What I did not realize was that this is just the initial fee. The real price comes in after the two day workshop. I was extremely disappointed . Why would you sell me a lifetime membership and then charge me several thousand dollars to get the real program. It was a very enticing offer, but you are only buying a two day workshop. This is very deceptive. They should tell you the real price before taking $1195 out of your pocket. This is not the type of people that I want to do business with. If they can’t be upfront about the pricing, they should not be giving you breadcrumbs leading you to the trap. They say you will be able to pay off this initial fee with one or two trades. They cannot promise this! They are leading you to think that you only need $500 to get started. By the time you pay $10,000 for the real purchase, and $480/yr to use their program, you may not have enough money to make trades that will restore the money that you spent. More reputable companies tell you that it is best to start with $20k so that you can see more progress.

I took their class which cost about $1000. Everything I learned is free on YouTube. The class only covers the basics of options but they give you any trades which you would hope they would to build confidence in their abilities. Then if you want more, they want you to join the inner circle for about $9000. They recently posted their transactions and I was shocked as their average return was about 13%. I just closed a call contract on UNH which gained 927% in one week.

All my dealings with Market Mastery customer support have been handled quickly and with professionalism. My most recent was the best. I contacted them to ask them how to cancel my subscription to their virtual paper trading account as I was going live and didn't need it anymore. Within 1 business day they had contacted me via email stating they had taken care of my issue and canceled it for me. EXCEPTIONAL service!!!

If you know little about options, this is NOT the company to learn from. I paid $995 for a 2-day webinar and discovered that the audience had people with varied experiences. Although MMG misleads you into thinking that you will learn from the ground up, this is far from the truth. Steve, the big honcho, is full of arrogance and sarcasm. His attitude is like the guy who said "they are no stupid questions, just stupid people asking questions". He doesn't understand that in options to a novice, how can the buyer be the seller? Anyway, in the 2 all-day sessions, he must have covered all the possible options strategy. Do you think if you are a novice it will make you even a decent options trader after you are done? A smart teacher, which he is clearly isn't, would teach 3 or 4 basic techniques and have the participants go over several trades till they have it down pat. Mixed in to these confusing different types of trades, Steve would think that he was teaching us how to do it on our own, but it was done too quickly, and his charts and account on the screen was too small for laptops and so it would be too overwhelmingly. At the end of each session, his sidekick Jordan would talk to us about continuing with MMG after the 2-day webinar What is eventually promoted was a $5,000 membership. It began to sink in, that the $995 was just to tell the unsuspecting novice that he/she would be so uncomfortable after the 2 days, and that the examples indicate you could get filthy rich in no time, that $5,000 to really learn what you should have in the 2-day webinar was a steal. Yes that's the word "steal". By then, I had no trust in these people. Btw, Jordan spent time to brag about his martial arts national champion kid. Where do people get off with this. No one cares, Jordan. Anyway, I asked for my money back within the 30-day money back guarantee, but I was unaware that I had to prove that I had tried to I had done at least one paper trade using their software. I had little clue how to do it, but since it was a paper trade I figured who cares if I lose $100,000. I tried it on my own brokerage account and submitted it to Maria who controlled whether I would get my money back or not.Maria said I had to do the paper trade using their software. Maria had no phone number so I couldn't talk to her. Only email. So I called Jordan to get help to get my money back. He played dumb, like he is a nobody with MMG and said he has no clout, so I have to deal with Maria. So I entered their software, which was confusing to maneuver through. I sent emails to Maria with screenshots as proof that i was trying but just couldn't figure it out. Sadly, although one has to go through Maria to try to get their money back, it seems as if she has no clue about options, but yet insists that the victim has to go through this maze to prove that they have benefited from the webinar. I guess they eventually realized that the webinar had been of no use to me after $995 and 16 wasted hours spent in front of my laptop and a pitch for a $5,000 membership that I sure as hell wasn't going to buy. Someone had pity and I was refunded my money. In brief, Steve and Jordan "seem" to know their stuff, but you better have a good amount of knowledge and experience before you venture into their lair.
