Extremely disappointing…
We had an extremely disappointing experience with this removal company and would never recommend them.
We paid for a professional packing and removals service, expecting our belongings to be handled with care. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below what any customer should expect.
From the moment the team arrived, communication was poor. They seemed unclear about what they were supposed to be doing and lacked any real organisation. Throughout the move they complained constantly, took frequent and lengthy breaks, and even demanded tea and coffee as soon as they arrived at our new home, despite us already paying for a full professional service.
The packing service was shockingly poor. Boxes contained not only our belongings but also rubbish and even the movers’ dirty cups. Many items were packed with little or no protection, which has resulted in extensive damage to our furniture and possessions. We are now looking at thousands of pounds worth of damage that simply should never have happened.
Sadly, we didn’t identify the full extent of the damage within the company’s 24-hour reporting window because many items remained wrapped or boxed while we were trying to make the house liveable. As we’ve continued unpacking, we’ve found more and more damaged furniture.
This was, without question, the worst removal experience we’ve ever had. We paid for a professional service and instead received poor workmanship, poor communication, a lack of care for our belongings, and customer service that fell far below an acceptable standard.
If you’re considering using this company to move your home, especially if you have valuable furniture or are paying for their packing service, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
