From start to finish Mr. Solomos made my whole experience of choosing breast surgery so easy. I was quite nervous about the whole process and as I had very little breasts to begin with I was quite worried as to what my results would look like. He was very informative, honest and delivered amazing results! My confidence has grown massively and I couldn't be more grateful to Mr Solomos and his team for working their magic. My aftercare and recovery has also been brilliant. I could not recommend him and his lovely PA Christine enough.

Mark was so professional, friendly and made my daughter and myself feel so comfortable and at ease, before, during and after her surgery everything was amazing. 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough, I would give 10 if possible. I could not be happier with my treatment with Mark. I have been concerned about the difference shape and sizes of my breasts for over ten years but I was reluctant to have surgery as it was really important for me that they looked natural. Following a friend recommending Mark, and seeing her results (the best breast augmentation I had seen) I decided to take the plunge and book a consultation.
Mark is professional, friendly and explains everything so well. He gave me a lot of information including any risks. We planned on breast augmentation with an additional lift on one side. Despite being a challenging case with one nipple an inch lower than the other and different breast sizes, Mark managed to achieve nothing short of a perfect result. I could not be happier, it superseded my expectations. I just wish I’d done it sooner, it has truly been life changing. Moving a nipple and placing the implants through the nipple, I was concerned about scars. 8 weeks on and they are hardly visible already!
If you’re looking for a surgeon that you can trust and deliver the results that you personally want, Mark is the surgeon for you.
A side note: his wonderful care manager Christine was in one-to-one contact with me from the time of enquiry to months on post operatively. She is lovely, informative and responds straight away. Everything felt very smooth and easy.

I had rhinoplasty with mark last year. I travelled from abroad to see him. I came across mark on Instagram and never seen any other surgeons work as good as his I seen how good his work was in specializing in significant bumps which I had on my nose with severe deviation. I had broken my nose twice when I was younger resulting in a severe bump in the bridge of my nose. When I contacted mark his assistant Christine set up a consultation through zoom and also a face to face consultation with mark in cadogan clinic. Since meeting mark I knew he was the perfect surgeon for me. After discussing my concerns and my hopes for after surgery mark gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions I had. Christine who was marks assistant was there at all times to answer any questions I may have .

I was extremely nervous thinking about this surgery as I have never had surgery before but since talking to mark himself and Christine went above and beyond to be there for me and reassure me at all times.

The day of surgery I was completely comfortable I knew I was in good hands with mark and his team and was excited more then anything. After surgery I had no pain what's so ever in my nose and the bruising was little to none the only pain I had was from slight bruising and swelling around my eyes post surgery. I had my cast taken of 8 days later and was very swollen which I expected for the healing process. since then my nose has healed amazingly and a scar that is invisible.

Mark has completely changed my life and I will be forever grateful to him Christine and all of the staff that looked after me pre and post surgery.

The first thing I read about Mark, when doing my research, was that he’s a ‘real life magician’ and I can certainly second that! My case was an ‘specialist’ one, with having lost 14 stone I was left with a lot of excess skin around the breast area, as well as around the side of my chest towards my back. After going to 2 consultations in Manchester & feeling deflated in the loss of hope that something could be done about my ‘condition’, I was referred to Mark in London. I was a bit sceptical with it being so far away however it was definitely worth the trip. Mark made me feel at ease throughout the consultation with his expert knowledge & vision, along with his lovely PA Christine answering all the follow up questions I had about the aftercare, and procedure. I left feeling confident in Mark and got booked in for my surgery, as soon as possible, which couldn’t have gone any better! I’m now 9 weeks post op and I can’t express how much confidence it’s given me & how happy I am with my breasts. I have more surgery (arm lift) I would like doing, on my journey of feeling confident in myself after the weight loss, and I’ll be sure to get booked in with Mark when the times right. If anyone is looking for the best confidence boost ever, through surgery, then Mark & Christine are the people to go to!

I would 100% reccomend Mark! I went with him 9 weeks ago for a breast reduction. Mark is very down to earth and caring, compassionate and also very real at the same time so will not give you false expectations.

He is a wizard!! There’s a reason why he is known for his breast reduction surgeries. I couldn’t imagine what my results would look like after as it was such a big change, it’s everything and more what I would expect. My life has changed forever.

I had my breasts done years ago in London and this year I decided to have them checked abroad. During the scan, the doctor discovered that I’ve got a capsular contracture, a rupture in my implant and that the silicone had spread into my lymph nodes.

I really panicked!
On my return to the UK, I immediately started researching for a surgeon who could help me.

To my surprise, I was turned down by 2 highly qualified known London surgeons as the case was too complicated!

I didn’t give up & I carried on searching and came across Dr Mark Solomos. He had excellent reviews and was highly recommended.

I booked an appointment and during the consultation, I knew he was the right person for the job!

He was very patient, made me feel more at ease and didn’t sell me any fake expectations. I knew I was in the right hands and felt confident going into surgery, as I knew I would be well looked after. (We ended up going for a breast reduction, breast lift and implant exchange)

Im now 10 months post surgery & I’m over the moon with the final healed results. My new boobs finally suit my body frame and I feel more proportionate. The scars have also healed very well and on one of the breasts, they’re not visible at all!

I’d like to thank Dr Mark for an amazing job, Christine (his PA) who was also very helpful during the whole procedure and Dr Angelis (the anaesthesiologist) who kept me at ease before putting me under!

I recently had a breast reduction and it’s been live changing to say the least. Over the years I have lost my confidence which has affected my mental physical health. I’m now 2 months post op and it’s the best decision I ever made thank you again Mark Solomos for making me feel comfortable from my consultation to the day of my operation he’s professionalism and detail was outstanding and gave me the right size breasts for my frame that improved my posture. Only regret is that I wish I had went to the operation a few years earlier instead of suffering. Would also like to thank Christine PA who also answered any questions I had before and after my operation she was a star.

I had a breast reduction in July 2023, and what an amazing journey I have been on.
I started out at 32HH I had lost all confidence in myself; self-esteem was at an all-time low, I am a very active healthy women who loves to exercise but some situations I found extremely difficult and frustrating. Back ache, deep ridges on my shoulders, bad posture and needing to buy clothing sometimes 2 sizes bigger to fit. The list goes on.
So, after being recommend to Mark I thought I have nothing to lose from going for a consultation. I plucked up the courage to call and spoke to the wonderful Chritine. Marks (PA). It really has been the best decision I have made.
From the very first contact with Chritine, my consultation with Mark, having the operation and aftercare, it has just been amazing.
Christine is wonderful and certainly made me feel at ease, always at the end of the phone to answer any of my questions. Supported me all the way through.
Can’t forget the lovely Sylva incredible anaesthetist.
The moment I met Mark I knew he was the one that I wanted to carry out my surgery, I was extremely nervous, but he made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, answered all my questions, and explained everything in detail.
I didn’t really know how small I wanted to go I just had enough of being so big. Mark said he would give me breasts to suit my frame and to leave it to him … I put all my trust in him. I have dropped 4 cup sizes, very little pain, the scaring is so fine and neat, and have healed with no issues or infections.
The results are incredible. I will be forever grateful to Mark and his team for the wonderful and professional manner they have shown me.

I had my boob job done in Feb 2022.
I recently phoned and spoke to Chrissy, said I am unhappy with my breasts. They have no volume and my nipples are the bottom of my chest.
Chrissy asked if I was sure that Mark Solomos did them, twice. Said she was just finding my pictures then said my nipples were far apart with to start off with anyway - which was NOT my issue.
I then spoke with Mark on Zoom, he said my implants were too small for my chest and to go to London to see him.
When I went into the appointment, knowing how unhappy I was with the results the first thing Mark asked me was if I had boob greed.
I asked what he meant and he said boob greed, I am being greedy and want bigger boobs. Having bigger boobs isn’t my issue now it’s the lack of volume and where my nipples are!
Since having my boobs done I’ve had a baby. I chose not to mention this until I met Mark at the face to face appointment after the initial call with Chrissy.
When I met with Mark face to face I told him I’ve had a baby and he said this was the reason and was very dismissive. Said I’ve had a baby that’s a miracle ‘this is just money’ !!!!
I became upset during the appointment, I am so unhappy with how by boobs look. Mark said what you just want free surgery? Not ONCE have I said or implied this! I’m not happy with the results, I should after paying £6,200 be able to come back with concerns.
When I said so many of my friends have had boob jobs and then babies, Mark said he didn’t know who my friends were or what I’d been looking up but this was why and he deals with this every day. A few days after my appointment Mark posted on his Instagram a picture of him pointing to a mug saying I trust my degree not your google search!
Mark said he may be able to do a deal but he didn’t know how much he charged for the surgery so he would let me know. I emailed after 2 weeks to chase this up, and again no response for another 3 weeks when I messaged again to chase this.
I’m so unhappy with the results and how my boobs look, and so disappointed with the lack of care and compassion - Mark may think this is ‘just money’ but it’s not. It’s my life, my body and my hard earned money.
I really didn’t want to publicly leave a bad review, but after logging a complaint over 3 weeks ago and again still no response I feel I’ve been left with no choice. This has been going on for months.
Update - after 5 weeks I commented on his Instagram asking what the response time is usually on complaints as I’d emailed 5 weeks ago and the comment was deleted.

Before this rhinoseptoplasty for my deviated septum I couldn’t breathe though my nose 95% of the time, it felt like I had a cold for the past 4 years as it got worse. I would get out of breathe eating and talking and I couldn’t smell anything either. Now I can breathe through it all the time and I don’t have to breathe through my mouth anymore, I can smell. And Dr Solomos also performed a rhinoplasty on it even though it was complicated to begin with so now my nose is much more aesthetic from the side profile. It was a life changing surgery.

After a significant amount of weight loss I was left with a lot of loose skin. Mr Solomos was recommended to me by a former patient of his and in my opinion he is a real life magician.
I had a breast uplift, augmentation and arm lift with him in June and I really was totally amazed by my results. I felt comfortable with both him and the lovely Christine and felt that their level of after care was top class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, in fact my next procedure is a thigh lift and it is already booked for a couple of weeks time.

Mark solomos is a great professional and also he is a very close and friendly person. He makes the whole process so natural and so easy that I've been through the surgery almost without realizing it. Wow! without a doubt the best surgeon out there. Mark is an exceptional surgeon, he has such dedication and precision in his craft. My scars have faded so nicely, its very neat and barely there, my size suits my frame and the whole experience has been brill! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also Christine his P.A is awesome she answered all my questions, speedy with whatsaap and now I'm 9 weeks post op and feeling fabulous!

I am so incredibly happy with my breast reduction experience with Mark and Christine. The entire process has been so easy and the results are out of this world.

During my consultation (in February), Mark and I discussed the various issues and aches I was experiencing due to my large breasts, both physically and mentally. It was almost like he could tell right away exactly what I needed and how much smaller I could go to get the results I wanted. Mark explained the whole procedure to me in detail and answered my massive list of questions very patiently, which I really appreciated. I’m sure he has to go through this with all of his patients but it being the first time I was hearing any of it, I appreciated the safe space to ask all of my questions. He also came across very confident in his work (his before and afters speak for themselves!) but not pushy at all, which again was really comforting to me. He encouraged me to do my research before booking the surgery in but I knew right away that I wanted him to be my surgeon!

After that, Christine was extremely helpful and quick to send me some available dates and, once booked in, she shared all of the pre and post operative information I could possibly need. Christine was also so communicative when I had a few extra questions prior to the surgery. She even went out of her way to send me a sweet message the morning of my surgery as she knew I’d be nervous! 😊

The actual surgery was a huge success. It was done at Cadogan Clinic, where the team was so helpful and supportive. The procedure itself took around 1.5 hours and I was able to go home shortly after, once my anaesthesia wore off. When Mark showed me the results right after the surgery, I was so convinced I was looking at someone else’s body in the mirror — my breasts had never looked this fantastic in my whole life. They were absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted!

The recovery was a bit painful the first two weeks but during my first post-op appt, Mark ensured me that everything was looking and healing great and to not be so tense around my body. This improved my confidence and I was able to move a lot easier after that! Mark’s general demeanour is so confident and comforting, it is so contagious — I left my post op appt feeling like a million bucks!

As the weeks progressed, my breasts continued to heal wonderfully. If I had any questions, Christine was so incredibly helpful and quick to respond. She is so knowledgeable and has helped so many of Mark’s patients that she knew exactly what to suggest at all times.

I am now nearly 2 months post op and completely 100% back to normal (I was by the 1 month mark, more or less). I was able to manage my pain using only Paracetemol.

Re: the scars; Mark mentioned the scarring in our pre op appt and I was fully ready for it. However, his stitches were so impeccably neat and clean that most of my scars are already blended into my skin and looking so good!

In summary, Mark is truly an artist, you can tell he really genuinely cares and listens to his patients to get them the results they’re seeking. Christine is an incredible support as well, and is so quick to help and ensure the safety and comfort of their patients. I would 110% absolutely recommend Mark and Christine to anyone who is looking to get a breast reduction. I feel a million times better and my confidence has skyrocketed ever since.
