Looked at a couple of tile options online last week then spoke with a very helpful lady who arranged delivery of samples which arrived in a timely manner, great thank you.

You provided the sample products promptly and within the timescale indicated at the time of the request. Delivery was slightly earlier than planned, so even better.

The Ashworth tiles were installed four years ago and many of them are now losing their slate colour, revealing their grey concrete base. Their area manager came out to inspect the roof, but he was ill prepared and useless. They have now refused to do anything, claiming it is weathering. If that were true then it would be uniform across the roof not just individual tiles in random locations. They are clearly substandard tiles. I’m very disappointed with this longstanding company, I expected a much better response from them but I’ve been fobbed off. If they had offered me a dozen replacement tiles that would have been acceptable, but they just don’t the care about the end customer..or it seems, their reputation. Their 15 year guarantee is clearly worthless.

Free samples were sent immediately and were perfect. Will now be ordering from you.
