This was an amazing shopping experience. They were so helpful and couldn’t do enough. The rug I bought is beautiful and was packed and shipped immediately. I highly recommend this shop and hope I will be able to visit them in person at some stage.

I recently visited Morocco and one of the highlights of my trip was visiting Maroc Artisan. I absolutely love the rugs we purchased but mostly the people who helped us were amazing. I can’t say enough about Maroc Artisan. Their rugs are exquisite!!

From the moment you step in, you are welcomed with a warmness of home. They will make sure you’re comfortable and serve you hot Moroccan mint tea while they put on a show for you, giving you all the information you need about your new rug or blanket. They make the process easy wish shipping it home for you so you don’t have to worry about luggage space. My package got delayed by the shipping company and MarocArtisan didn’t stop until my blanket was delivered to my door. Beyond helpful and friendly through the whole process. So grateful and happy with my purchase.

J'ai acheté un tapis à Fes, lors d'un récent séjour. Un très joli modèle berbère aux tons bleus. Les négociations se sont remarquablement passées tout comme l'envoi par transport international. J'ai réceptionné ma commande qui était conforme. Je recontacterai Khalid, le vendeur, rapidement car cet achat fut parfait.

Abbiamo comprato una coperta tessuta a mano. Molto disponibile e gentile il personale che ci ha mostrato la fattura dei manufatti e loro caratteristiche.
Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la spedizione, in quanto la trascrizione dell'indirizzo è risultata parzialmente errata e il pacco è giunto a destinazione dopo tre settimane. Ad ogni modo, il negozio si è adoperato per assisterci nel tracciare la spedizione.
State attenti a scrivere in stampato maiuscolo e a farvi dare tutti i contatti del negozio... questo per poter intervenire in caso di errori di trascrizione.

Warm welcome in the shop. Based on our demand they showed us a lot of carpets and explain well the Berber tradition of making them. They offer a home delivery so you don’t need to transport yourself by plane. The package was delivered and meanwhile they are happy to help with all your questions. A good place to stop when you are in Fez! Nice price and beautiful carpets

We spent a couple hours inside this shop and had a fantastic time. We were with our three little kids and we all were happy to be there. The rugs are fantastic, top quality. The people that work there are friendly and easygoing. The prices are very good. We bought seven rugs, had some shipped back to the US and they came promptly. We highly recommend!!
