This company is criminal. Point blank period.
Not only was there a consistent harassment to sign up, but once I signed up, they did not honor the terms of the actual contract. Everyone who has read my communication interaction with them and the contract see a clear breach and have called what they do criminal.

All they did was spam VCs and PE family offices with emails that were unprofessional and poorly written. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. The headache these people will cause you is not worth the hassle.
RUN do not walk away from these people. RUN FAST

I can't exactly recall how I came across Marquee Equity but it was probably from an ad on social media which really resonated with our situation and it seemed like they could be the people to help.
Marquee has so far helped us put together a pitch deck and financial models as we are in the process of trying to obtain funding for company expansion.

The whole team has been really good to work with. Preparing documents like these in my industry is not an easy task. But Marquee's team made it easier.

I had a very pleasant experience with Marquee-Equity! Vinit, Kshitij, and the rest of the team were exceptionally responsive and professional. The initial team that compiled a pitch deck and a teaser did an excellent job.

However, the next steps were not the same. Initially, I was informed that the process of preparing documents and finding a potential buyer typically takes about four months or so, in average. In my case, preparing the documents alone took about three months. And it was not move ahead for the next 3 months after the documents were ready. The team responsible for the email campaign did not seem inspired, did not show a proper understanding of my business, and did not seem particularly interested in the campaign's final result.
I requested that team replacement. The next team started working actively, but after 5.5 months no any potential buyer have been contacted. I am not sure what to expect. If you require a speedy process for raising funds or selling your shares, you might need to consider other options.
I will update my review and potentially rate it higher should the situation improve.

We agreed to a 2,000 mailing list to promote my product, they sent 2,000 emails where the majority were nonexistent or wrong.
They grasp emails from anywhere and send them to anyone. not professional.
