My delivery arrived on time, and in perfect condition, ready to pop straight into the freezer. The delivery man was cheerful and polite too - a great online shopping experience!

Great fish, great price, great service

Unusually poor service
Sadly our order this time was not up to your normal standard. One item ordered was unavailable and the delivery slot was not honoured (thus causing us a day wasted waiting for it's arrival) with no advance notification of a problem. Delivery was made one day late and still the problems persisted, this time for you, with a broken down van on our drive !
Hopefully these are temporary glitches.

Top quality fish as usual. It's a little more expensive than some fish available elsewhere, but worth it for freshness and quality. I don't want fish that appears to have died of old age!

I love the Marrfish fish. Its very fresh, delivered in small frozen packs ready for the freezer. Plenty of choice. But, while I welcome the free delivery, I would appreciate being given notice of probable delivery time. Even an am/pm choice would help. This week, the box was dumped in our porch before we were up and the bell was not even rung to alert us.
