After some years of initially building our small business website, I can't praise KWD enough. They are super fast when our website needs a bit of technical tune up when doing it ourselves is beyond our comfort zone and wordpress knowledge

Matrix did a fantastic job redesigning our website. We are in the kitchen exhaust system cleaning business and needed something professional, easy to navigate and clear about our services we offer. They Understood what we were looking for and delivered a clean responsive WordPress site that works well for our customers...

I appreciated how collaborative and detail oriented they were.. I will recommend then to anyone looking for a solid well executed website redesign

I took the pleasure of working with their team on a custom platform. Something that stood out to me is how they treat my project like a real engineering project not just a quick freelance gig. At the begining there were lots of clarifying questions even more than i expected but at later i understood them. The budget we planned also stayed within the discuss range and the support the promised after delivery didnt disappear which matters to me a lot, not because it was cheap but because it is serious and well engaged.. This is more of working with a technical and professional partner rather than just some hired hands.

I paid $2,600 for a website that was clearly scoped and agreed to be completed in 3–4 months. It has now been over a year, and the project is still unfinished and far from what was promised.

Critical, agreed-upon features were never delivered:

Chatbot integration — not done

Dedicated service pages — not done (commercial and residential services were supposed to be on separate pages)

Communication was consistently poor. My comments and required changes were ignored for weeks at a time, with no meaningful feedback, no accountability, and no progress.

The situation was made worse by the project manager, who was my main point of contact. He was aggressive and unprofessional, and when his mistakes were pointed out, he became defensive and resentful instead of fixing them. This created constant friction and stalled the project even further.

After a year of delays, excuses, and missed commitments, I’m left with an incomplete website and a total waste of time and money. This company failed to meet deadlines, failed to deliver basic functionality, and failed at professional client management.

I strongly advise against working with this developer.

Please READ before doing business. Like many others here Andrew seems very professional with first interactions. He is very believable and incredible selller. My request was a simple web application which he explain was possible - as many others here half the payment was due upfront and after 6 months of chasing him down, asking for updates with long winded replies and excuses for delays they let me down stating the project was not possible to complete. They angle this as "we explained this is not guaranteed and the work performed covers the fee for exploring this". Today, I have not received a delivery - I plan to pursue legal action simply to have his company on public record. He claims to have a "team of 50" employees. This is nothing but 2-3 guys working remove registered in Ukraine with a digital presence in Toronto. DO NOT GIVE them your money, DO NOT deal outside of Fiver. They are as unprofessional as it gets. BE WARNED.

We recently completed the project (app) with Marrix Power, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication during the process was clear, effective and respectful. All deadlines were met on time. In addition, the team provided valuable suggestions for improving the product. As a whole, the final result exceeded our expectations.

It’s a SCAM!!! Avoid these guy Andrew and his team. I hired Andrew for a software development project after finding him on Fiverr, where he appeared as a verified professional. He later convinced me to move the payment off Fiverr and make it through PayPal, claiming it was “easier” and that he would explain everything on a call.

That was a big mistake. The project was supposed to take 4 weeks, but after more than 12 weeks, there was no app delivered, no visible progress, and almost no communication unless I chased him for updates. Every time, I was told there were “new problems,” but nothing concrete was ever shown.

When I finally asked to terminate the contract and get a refund, as allowed by our signed agreement, he refused, saying he would “speak to his lawyers.” To this day, I haven’t received the work or my money back.

I was scammed in total 1.700$ due to 50% payment upfront.

TL;DR: My project ultimately didn’t move forward as planned, but the matter was resolved between us.
I initially chose Marrix Power because of their polished presentation and their description of operating from Toronto under Canadian law. After paying upfront, I expected to see steady progress and some early deliverables or development updates.
In my experience, communication and progress did not unfold as quickly as I had hoped. I requested updates and access to a development branch so I could monitor progress as outlined in our agreement, but I wasn’t able to review any working components during the time we worked together.
After about a month without completed deliverables, I decided to terminate the project and request a refund. The company acknowledged the situation and we eventually reached a private resolution.
Every project relationship is different, but I would recommend that anyone hiring a development firm clearly structure payments around visible milestones and maintain consistent communication about progress expectations.

Working with Andrew and his team at Marrix for over 3 years – strong and professional experience... Those other negative reviews seem to be fake.. Wanted to support you, Andrew here. This is a great team to work with!

Don't trust these guys.
The owner says that the company is based in Canada.
He give me a contract with US Regulations.
Bank Payment goes to a Bankaccount in Belgium or Lithuania
Before the project starts, the sales guy want to take all the source files

Just trouble with this guys.

Want payment over
Just threats and blackmail from this guys,

They want the payment from a bank in Brussels maybe to dont pay taxes and dont have time to wait 2 days for the transactions.
Just waste of time
