Ordered Adidas shoes in early December. Didn't receive them until mid January. A couple weeks ago the sole of one of the shoes separated at the heel. The only contact info is an email address which they do not answer.

Please save yourself wasted money and time, and DO NOT order from this company.

If I could give them zero stars I would. At the beginning of January I purchased $109 pair of tennis shoes. Everyday tracking would say some inaccurate outlandish things. After trying to get a hold of this company they finally said they’d send me a new pair, that was 2 weeks ago and still no tracking info. DO NOT waste your money. It’s been over two months now.

Ordered shoes Jan 8th and still have not received. The tracking information is bogus. Can only contact via email. The company phone # listed on my credit card statement is out of service. Would rate them 0 star if I could. Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered my sneakers back in December right before Christmas. And sent several email to them still haven't received my order and they refused to give me a refund bogus company. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them.

Poor customer service. Did not receive the item I paid for in December. They didnt provide me with a refund for the order that I did not receive. You can only access them by email and they are not responsive.

Cute shoes. Butttttt took several weeks to receive. I think I ordered around Christmas. Received in a package today wrapped in duct tape. Box ripped. No Adidas branding anywhere on the shoes except the insole with something printed with spelling errors. Will not buy again. Paid over $100...Adidas has on sale currently for $65.

I ordered a pair of Adidas Spezial after seeing them on Instagram around Christmas. They took more than six weeks to arrive, and came in a broken Adidas box with a very weird smell. The insoles are clearly counterfeit. I will not purchase from Marstenwear again.

Counterfeit merchandise. Wrong size sent. No response from company. I will be reporting this as a fraudulent charge on my card.

My boyfriend ordered a pair of Adidas OG Sambas for me from Marstenwear.com - it took weeks to receive the shoes and the size was off. We ordered the same pair from the Adidas website and it is obvious that the ones from Marstenwear are counterfeit. Working to try to get a refund but unsuccessful. This company is BOGUS!

Immediately charge your card, don't provide accurate shipping information, support is impossible to get ahold of and lastly, package took 40 days to arrive.

this is a counterfeit company. It will take 12 weeks for your merchandise to come sometimes they say it was delivered, but it wasn't like in my case. I realized it was counterfeit because my friend received a pair and when I tried to stop the order of the day after I did on November 30 they would not stop the order. I saw my friends they are counterfeit. They smell like oil and they are not the real thing you can go to Chinatown and get them for $10 beware.

Ordered a pair of Gazelles on December 5. It’s Jan 6 and I still haven’t received. Tracking shows in US,LAX Dec20. Supposedly USPS has it and it’s now in PA. I’m in ATL, tell me why it has been two weeks in domestic US and I still don’t have the product. To add insult to injury the product has been marked down $20 since I’ve ordered it. I don’t know if I’ll ever see them. I may have to lodge a complaint with AMEX on this one since I haven’t received the goods.

To whomever this message could help please stay away from this Company. I Purchased some sneakers as a Christmas gift and as of December 28th still no gift the tracking is bogus and all they keep telling me it’s in transit it has been 20days and still no sneakers please stay away it’s not worth the headache I hope this helps someone in the future.

Buyer beware! I’m not sure where this company is located, but it is not in the US and I searched but cannot find the international location. I’ve been waiting 1 month to the day for a shipment. I’ve been in contact with customer service and got a reply that my item is moving through the delivery process as expected. More than ONE MONTH for an item to arrive is ridiculous. I recommend buying from a US company. Preparing to stop payment.

I ordered a pair of Adidas shoes from Marstenwear on November 18, 2025, for $121.16 and never received an order confirmation, tracking number, or my product. I emailed the company several times and never received a reply. I now believe the site may be fraudulent.

As a senior citizen, I feel taken advantage of, and I want to warn others to avoid this company. I am filing a claim with my bank to dispute the charge. Shop with caution.

I received my shoes and they are really cute. I contacted customer service because of a minor problem and contacting them and getting the problem resolved was super fast and super easy!
