Was afraid I was going to be scammed because of the bad reviews. Was pleasantly surprised. Great escape boots arrived today a week and a half after ordering and they are exactly what I ordered.

Received my order and wasn’t what I expected. Have been trying to contact since the day I received it and can’t get a response.

I’m trying to get in touch Marboutique, as they sent me an order with the wrong size.
It’s been over two weeks and they still haven’t replied to any of my emails.
This is unacceptable — they come across as scammers.

Do not trust this company. They show a picture and send you something similar but different. Customer service does not respond.

I purchased a sweater in July, it is now December, and I haven’t seen it. They have not responded to my direct emails, the emails sent through their website “contact us” page nor have they answered the phone.

I never received my order.
