Ordered a beautiful individualised remembrance book at midnight Thursday night and it arrived Saturday morning. Excellent quality and speedy service. Can't fault it.

Thrilled to receive my travel journal so promptly. It is gorgeous and will be put to extremely good use for my forthcoming trip to Beijing and Japan with my son. The paper is a lovely weight and the journal seems very sturdy indeed.

The sign is great but it was unable to stand - I had to lean it across something. Eventhough, I had ordered it with the wooden stand. So this was disappointing but I didn’t have time to get a replacement.

An okay planner, for the price, there isn't a lot of pages to plan in. Not a very well thought out planner, there is only a few pages for guest names, no options for checklists. It is beautiful that is why I gave it stars. Just aesthetic, not very practical.

The website is easy to navigate and the speed of service and delivery is great. Beautifully wrapped items every time.

I stupidly made 2 spelling mistakes and the company emailed me to check if it was right or not. I didn’t see the email until a couple of days later but they had waited until I had replied and then upgraded my delivery to next day free of charge! Amazing customer service thanks again!
