100% Scammers! After seeing their Ads non-stop on FB Marketplace, I bought this fancy Christmas tree from them for $50 and month later, they sent me this cheap Russian style winter cap instead. They have now re-spun their website as elelroys dot come. Beware of these con jobs!

Avoid this con-pany at all costs. I found their slick advert on Facebook (who deny any responsibility because they're scum too), their flashy website is a sham and they send out unrelated, cheap items like scarves and hats instead of the items you ordered. When you complain they do respond but try the old eBay "the item was wrongly packaged by our warehouse worker, in view of his hard working and difficult family situation, company will not pursue the loss and shipping cost of the wrong product price difference. And he is willing to subsidize his own 60% refund to you to bear his own mistakes

I threatened them with credit card company dispute and the refunded me fully. AVOID!

I ordered the magic Christmas Tree and got a pair if cheap leggings I stead, when I contacted the company they tried to blame an employee and only offer me 20% of my money, which supposedly the "employee " was going to pay out of their own pocket when I said NO that I did not agree, that I wanted my money back, and asked what kind of company blames someone else and what kind of company they were to not rectify their mistake, I never heard back from them and I never received my money back!! BEWARE IF THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS!!!

This should read a minus 0 in ratings! This Company is a very very big SCAM! I ordered a Christmas Tree and did not receive it what I got was a Really Really Cheap Heater Fan. When I tried to return or contact them there is no phone number. How do you contact a company that has no contact info? Please! Please! Please! Do not buy from this Company it is a RIP OFF!

I order a magic tree also I haven't received mine ither so I filed a complaint with the better business bureau for my money back and also for false advertising

I orders Christmas tree for 29.98 all I got is a cheap ring I ask for my money back they ask me if I would take 60% I said yes it better than nothing. I never going to buy anything from that company.

Did not send the product that was ordered, sent them an email to either send the correct product or refund my purchase. The excuse they gave was someone packed the wrong item we can only give 25% of your $ back! Bs!

Ripped me off as well.. ordered Christmas Tree amd literally have no idea what they sent me. It came I'm a small package and it's something ive never seen in my life.. I called Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. ITS A. SCAM AND THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED..

Do not trust this company. I ordered a Christmas tree for $70.00, and I recieved a scarf worth $5.00...Avoid at all costs!

Total Scammers! I wish I had read reviews first. I ordered a Christmas Tree and they sent me a scarf (from within the uk as it got here very fast). I was told a sob story of A poor boy who has a difficult life and cannot pay back. I have ask for an address to return The scarf to no avail. They offered 20% back which has now gone up to 80% and that is their last negotiation. I am so angry with myself.

Scammers!!! Avoid at all costs. I ordered a Christmas tree from this company and when the package arrived all it had in it was a scarf. I contacted the company and they said the worker who packaged my box was having a bad day and made a mistake. They were NOT going to send me my order, wouldn't give me my money back and asked if I'd accept a 30% refund on my order because the worker was suffering with personal issues. I have already contacted my credit card company and the FTC to report these scammers.
