Paul was so helpful!!!
Paul answered all of my questions and helped me with my order. Even though I changed the items and quantities, he still adjusted the invoice within 2 minutes so that I could place my order. He was friendly and efficient! I will definitely order again!

W getting my custom Jasper Hound mascot suit made for me
Wanted to say that the person I had spoken with autumn went well above their have to do these to see that my needs were taken care of and about product inquiry Paul was also very helpful in getting orders set up when I was inquiring about getting my mascot pieces customized and taken care of
I have been very very pleased with the speedy service and responses and pricing of this company and I really like the mock-up model they made for me I can't wait until I get my finished product when I get things ready for that and all set thank you Autumn Paul when everyone for the great service I look forward to doing this business and more business with you guys in the future 🙂💯👍

Paul & Autumn were amazing!
We had a missing item, but Paul & Autumn have been extremely helpful in this process; it was an easy process and easy fix because of their help. The bear mascot came out to be perfect for our department's Happy Bear.

Great Customer Service & CUTE Mascot.
Paul, the person who oversaw our order, was patient and very helpful - especially seeing that our special requests were accommodated. And our mascot, Officer Scotty Parks, is very cute!

Just received our mascot in the mail and it is awesome. Customized and very detail was correct. I was hesitant because so many of these online places to order from seem sketch, but I can attest that this website and product is legit!
