THIS IS AN UNETHICAL COMPANY

I ordered two bracelets; only one arrived, and so far the company has answered none of my emails. When I called the number I could find, it was an answering machine that did not identify it as belonging to Mason & Madison. There's nothing wrong with the bracelet I received. Years ago I ordered a necklace. I had no trouble then; and the necklace is fine. BUT SOMETHING IS OBVIOUSLY VERY WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. IT HAS A VERY ATTRACTIVE WEBSITE; BUT CLEARLY THERE'S FRAUD GOING ON. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. AND I DO WANT THE MONEY BACK THAT I PAID FOR THE BRACELET THAT NEVER ARRIVED.

UPDATE: I wrote one last time and, although they never contacted me to explain what is going on, they did send the bracelet. But I stand by my first impression. It's an unethical untrustworthy company that merely deigns to send you the merch if they feel like it. I wouldn't buy anything ever again from them.

SCAM COMPANY!!!!!

I purchased an item for a Christmas gift. It was not sized correctly. I called customer service on multiple occasions... NO ANSWER. Left several messages. NO RESPONSE. There was no address to send back the item. Disputed with the credit card company. This company DID respond to them and said that I still have the item. ONLY BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WAY TO RETURN IT!!!

I will now need to download ALL of these reviews and dispute again.

Mason & Madison - It's all a Big Scam

Ordered a set of Drop Earrings on 26th Dec 2025 exactly 1 month & 2 days. Tried several times to reach out to them àbout my order, no response. Suddenly got a response on 08/01/26, sent a UPS tracking form. No updates on this form , and only entry is given as purchase date 26/01. Feeling angry and disappointed, as no communication from this company, which I have now come to realise are Scammers. I paid £57 for the 18k gold drop earrings, via credit card. Order number #18220. Advert said delivery would be done btw 1 and 4 days. All I want is either the Real gold earrings and not some cheap ones, or a Full Refund. No phone number to call, feel angry that I have found myself in this situation, where I have been scammed. I will give them a few more days , then shall seek legal advice. This is wrong on their part, holding onto people's money, without delivering items already paid for.

Prospective buyers pls beware, as this company scams people out of their money. Do not patronise them whatsoever. No professionalism, no Customer service , unreachable etc. Still waiting to hear back from them, and then involve the Police whist seeking legal advice too..They are not even worth a Star!

I bought a “gold” necklace from Madison Fero & when it arrived I found it not up to the standard I would accept in other words it was just rubbish ! It broke as soon as I tried to put it on. As usual I am still trying to find out how to return it & get my money refunded back into my account!!! Scammers!

Mason & Madison - Very Unreliable, Order not received after almost 1 month.

I am still awaiting a pair of drop gold earrings, ordered o 26th Dec 2025 online. I have emailed Mason & Madison a couple of times with no luck. I paid £57 online and despite numerous emails, as cant find a number for them anywhere, I suddenly received an email blaming UPS for the delay, and sent a tracking form which only shows the date at which Mason & Madison received my order , which was the 26th Dec 2025. I am exhausted and fed up of chasing them. UPS on the other hand, can't seem to retain login details that I created on their site, and seem to not rec countries outside of the US. I live in the UK, and so disappointed with Mason & Madison. Meanwhile, they are sending daily adverts of supposedly jewellery to my email address yet, they do not acknowledge emails . I have asked for a Refund, but heard nothing back. Pls help. This company is a Scam, very unprofessional and irresponsible. Buyers beware . Like prev writers above, wished I had checked out the Reviews b4 purchasing . Very disappointed customer.

Very very disappointed

Very disappointed. I ordered my products as a Christmas present, gift wrapped !! well in advance of Christmas as the site stated 1-4 day delivery. I ordered on the 11th of December It did not arrive and has still not arrived . I have tried in vein to contact them as there is no email or contact number. I sent a message through the contact form on the website and had no reply at all. I have had no updates on my order at all. Christmas has come and gone and I still have no items. I have located a UPS tracker which states delivery is due this week. They are also requesting a further £68 import tax prior to delivery. I was not made aware of this so fuming if honest.
So disappointed and an upset partner who had no expensive Christmas gift

Scam website

I strongly advise not purchasing from Mason New York.

I ordered a lab-grown diamond white gold tennis bracelet and never received my item. A tracking number was issued, but the label was only created and never picked up or shipped by the courier. The order has effectively gone nowhere.

I have attempted to contact Mason New York multiple times via email and social media, and they have not responded to any messages or comments. They also ignore public comments left on their social posts.

After experiencing this myself, I checked Trustpilot and found many customers reporting the exact same issue — orders not shipped, no communication, or items that do arrive being fake and not genuine lab-grown diamonds or real white gold.

This appears to be a consistent pattern, not a one-off issue.

Save yourself the stress and money — do not buy from this company.

Scammer company!

I ordered $300 of jewelry from this company, never received a thing even they promised it will arrive 3-5 business days. The tracking has not moved since created on Dec. 9th, 2025. I emailed them to cancel the order, no response. Got a phone number from my bank and called, but it didn’t sound like it’s their phone number. I left a message but no one returned call. I am now filing a dispute and hoping I will get my money back. Never order from them!

ripped off

I ordered a bracelet and a necklace for over $300.. I returned them and I had to pay to have them returned and I followed their procedure they authorized the return so I sent them back and they received them on December 15th since then I haven't heard anything so I have sent several emails there's no other contact information on their website and I have not gotten a response.. also I noticed when I went on their website all they have is the bracelet on my order!.. either way I have not received any kind of a response from them and they owe me $311.65.. I have the proof on my credit card statement.. The bracelet was way too small and the necklace was underwhelming and too heavy so I sent everything back and I paid to send it back so I have been looking online to try to get an address or a phone number or any other way I can contact them but I haven't had any luck.. so I'm out over $300!.. who are these people?!.. Don't order from them you will be ripped off!

I was trying to do a return on the necklaces that I bought for my husband‘s anniversary. The chains was too short for his neck, I couldn’t find a place on your website to get a refund. It is a scam. Although the order stated there would be no additional fees on delivery I was asked to pay ~30% of the price. When I refused to pay it M&M suddenly stopped answering my emails and I lost over £150. Beware, it is a fraud
