I just want to say a massive thank you and leave a well-deserved review for our estate agent Jay Mason who truly went above and beyond throughout both our house sale and the purchase of our new home.

From start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble. Every call and message was answered straight away, and we were kept updated at every stage, which made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful process.

He constantly chased solicitors, pushed things forward when needed, and really took a lot of the pressure off us, easing what could have been a very stressful experience. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care really stood out.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend Jay to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you again for everything!

A seamless purchasing experience!

I'd highly recommend Jay for purchasing a property. He has always been there for communication, very responsive and easy to get hold of at any time of day. Myself and my partner were selling and purchasing at the same time and despite some hold-ups, Jay would constantly chase up solicitors for us and this massively helped push through our purchase and speed things up. We have now moved into our dream home, and this wouldn't of happened without him.

A few delays in the sale but nothing to do with Masons. Any issues along the way were always quickly and effectively addressed by Jay.

So far so good. Jay has been a breath of fresh air. Having just terminated the contract with another agent (let’s call them Ignorant & Incompetent Ltd) who failed to sell the property in 6 months I engaged the services of Masons on recommendation from a friend. Within 10 days he’s found a buyer and an offer has been accepted.
Jay is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and certainly knows how to sell houses. His communication is first rate and he really puts the effort in.
Just need to get the sale over the line now.
