Great massage, definitely recommend!
Had a great massage from Rumbi at the Putney branch. She really listened to my concerns and spent a lot of time on my back that had a previous rugby injury. Would definitely recommend and am booking in for my next session imminently!

Scam-given resolution
I had a massage last November at Watford Site and they were advising me to have a subscription. I have clearly told them that I will think about it first as I am not sure if I would be able to arrange regular dates for it. Then I am charged in the New Year’s day for the subscription which I didn’t sign up for. Such a scam!
Update: they did apologise and gave resolution

Monthly massage
I have a monthly massage with Luigi in the Ealing branch. He always takes the time to understand how I feel, which massage I would like and/or if I have any issues. The other staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Not great massage
The therapist was lovely . However the massage did not do anything gor the tension, aches or pains. It was more just rubbing cream on and into areas. I had already stated that the problem areas were my neck shoulders and lower back. The pressure wasnt consistent.

Avoid the monthly plan. AVOID.
I called to cancel my Canning Town membership and was told it had been cancelled, yet the company continued to charge me £80 per month after cancellation. On top of this, they then claimed I would be charged a cancellation fee, despite the fact I signed up to a flexible plan that should not include one.
For context, the reason I cancelled in the first place was because I had a different masseuse every single month, with appointments frequently cancelled or moved, making it exhausting to constantly reschedule and completely undermining the point of a monthly membership.
This feels extremely misleading and unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a business to stop taking money from their account after clearly cancelling.
If you choose to visit, do it as a one-off only. I would strongly advise against signing up to any monthly membership, it feels like a trap and causes unnecessary stress trying to get out of it.
Avoid the monthly plan. AVOID.

Cold room…
My partner visited the Tunbridge Wells branch today (I bought her a voucher for her birthday).
Unfortunately the room was a bit cold and the masseuse was very chatty, which is normally fine in a hairdressers but ultimately not very relaxing which kind of took away from her "relaxing experience".

I have had regular weekly massage at Camberley TMC for a couple of years now.
All therapists are very knowledgable and professional.
Keeps a 70 year old golfer prepared for the week ahead.

I visited the Massage Company in Putney two weeks ago and I have to say I was very impressed -not only with the expertise of the massage by my masseuse, Akvil, but also by the very professional, friendly and welcoming by the rest of the staff, in particular the manager, Gary, who went out of his way to be helpful. All in all it was very pleasurable experience and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I go to the Harrow branch in Belmont Circle. The massage therapist Chiara was brilliant. She spoke to me at the start and asked what areas she needed to focus on for me. She checked that the pressure she was applying was comfortable for me and showed professionalism by not unnecessarily chatting during the massage. I have no hesitation in recommending the branch and Chiara.

I would like to share feedback…
I would like to share feedback regarding my recent massage session in Camberley brunch I booked a 50‑minute body massage and added a 10‑minute scalp massage, making it a full hour treatment.
Unfortunately, the session did not follow a clear routine. The therapist began with my lower body, then spent around 20 minutes on my lower and upper back. The scalp massage lasted less than 20 minutes and did not reflect proper technique. At one point, the therapist used her chin, which was uncomfortable and not what I expected from a professional scalp massage.
I had been looking forward to the treatment, but instead of feeling relaxed, I experienced a headache that lasted through the night. Rather than relieving tension, the session seemed to trigger it.

We take these comments very seriously and have investigated this matter further.
We do always ask that newcomers arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment, so that we can go through in detail with you what areas of tension you’d like to focus on and try to work out how best we can help you. This is something we didn’t get the chance to do for your appointment due to late arrival.
We pride ourselves on our great massage technique throughout our brand. The therapist did not use her chin or any other part of her body not included in TMC massage.
The therapist did advise you that the scalp massage would be an extra charge that is included within the time of your 50-minute treatment. We did give you this for free after your session as a gesture of goodwill as you believed there to be a miscommunication about this.
Therapists always ask how you are feeling after your appointment, and the therapist did get positive feedback from you. We thank you for your feedback, and we will continue to improve our services where necessary.

Thankyou to all the team at the massage company Watford for making me feel so welcome for my 2nd visit of my 1 year package. Warm friendly and so professional and attentive. Big thanks once again to Mia, for making me feel so comfortable during my therapy.

Great service from disappointment
Great service following disappointment around voucher length- Trevor from High Wycombe called me personally and apologised about the short times on the vouchers, and has agreed to honour the voucher based on our circumstances of not being able to use within the original timescale- I have one very happy husband!

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, and we’d really like the opportunity to clarify what happened.
After reviewing your account, we can confirm that no payments were taken that were not due under your membership agreement. As a gesture of goodwill, your membership was frozen for six months, May-October, while you were away, and no charges were applied during that period. Usually, we only freeze memberships for two months; on this occasion, we agreed for it to be longer as you were travelling. When the freeze ended, the standard monthly membership payment resumed as outlined in the terms and conditions, and it was also explained to you when you requested the freeze that if you were going to be away longer, you would need to contact us to cancel, as we would not extend the freeze longer.
We didn’t receive any request from you to cancel before the next payment was due in November. However, once you contacted us, we agreed to cancel the membership immediately and did not request December be paid, even though a month’s notice is normally required from the month you request cancellation.
We understand that misunderstandings can be frustrating, and we’re always happy to discuss your account directly so we can resolve any remaining concerns. Please feel free to contact the Tunbridge Wells team, and we’ll be glad to discuss your account with you.

I booked myself a £69.95 membership massage every month at Harrow as a treat to myself but that was a big mistake. I has 2 massages in 2 months for 50 min which was good but then it went downhill from there from cancellations from the company side twice to overcharging me £6.95 twice when I had credits available. This place is a shambles, and I would not go back as no one take accountability. I have emails stating I have multiple credits available but when I got to book the company is saying they made a mistake. The masseurs lie about adding oil/extra time to add extra payments to your card on file.
Be very mindful before paying monthly as everything is extra payment even if you have not used any extra time/oil.
I'm so upset with the whole experience
