The option to pay monthly was clearly an option but when I pressed it to proceed, it then said that it was not available. I called the number and spoke to a representative I think her name was Tammy. She was rude, over talking me and really did not give me an insight on why it was not available!

There was a problem. She said someone else would call me back. Nothing....

Easy renewal and good price for the coverage

I've used this insurance for 10yrs now. Renewal is easy. However last year I had a really tough time downloading my certificate of insurance. I just renewed yesterday and it went seamlessly. I've never had to file a claim so I'm unsure how easy or difficult that process is.

Purchasing insurance was flawless BUT!, However; I've been attempting to log into my account to obtain a copy of my insurance card and have had to reset my password each time. I've reset it once again today and have not been able to access.

Ive used them for 15 years and never had a issue. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. They are also cheaper than most companies in the business.
