It’s the worst service I have ever received. 2 months I can’t to transfer my money from mass pay to Paypal. They charged commission for service they don’t provide. Lazy idiots.

MassPay has been preventing me from…
MassPay has been preventing me from accessing my own funds for over 10 days due to a bank withdrawal issue on their side. Instead of fixing it, support told me:
“Since the only available options you have are PayPal and crypto, I recommend reaching out to your company (payor)… You may also consider using Wise or Revolut…”
This is completely unacceptable. I am not asking for alternatives. I am reporting a broken system.
Being told to use third-party apps instead of fixing the issue is unprofessional and irresponsible. If you rely on timely payouts, be aware: you may not be able to access your own money.

Feedback regarding my experience with MassPay
Hello,
I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with how my case was handled.
Most of the time, I communicated with different support agents, and only Nuhamin Teshale took the time to properly review my profile and actually provide helpful information. Thank you for that Nuhamin. I was eventually able to receive part of my funds via PayPal (finally) after the issues with PayPal were resolved, yet my bank transfer issue still remains unresolved, and I still cannot believe how difficult this process has been.
Although my issue could have been resolved quickly by simply correcting my account information, the process took much longer than necessary. I was asked multiple times to provide the same documents, which caused additional delays. And yet, it's still unresolved...
Overall, I am not satisfied with this experience. I have grown exhausted from sending numerous emails, and I hope future cases will be handled more efficiently.

I do not recommend MassPay at all.
I have been trying for over a week to withdraw my money, but the bank transfer option on their platform simply does not work. Every time I tried, the transfer failed.
Instead of fixing the issue, their customer support has been completely unhelpful. They keep sending generic troubleshooting steps like clearing cookies or trying different devices, none of which solve the problem.
To make things worse, the bank transfer option has now disappeared from my account entirely. The only withdrawal methods available to me are crypto and PayPal, which I do not use. This effectively blocks me from accessing my own money.
This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. A platform that handles users’ funds should ensure reliable and accessible withdrawal methods.
Very disappointed with both the service and the lack of real support.

I apologize for your experience. It seems like the country you're trying to withdraw to is temporarily unavailable, which is why you only see crypto and PayPal. This is usually a temporary situation, and I would recommend trying again in a few days. I apologize for your inconvenience.

I withdrawed 1300$ as I always do on…
I withdrawed 1300$ as I always do on their site and it was rerouted to crypto that is not mine and my email got spammed. Customer service basically told me they are not responsible once the funds are transfered. There is clearly a security breache on their website right now and someone is hacking their system.
They told me to contact authorities which I did to be told that masspay was responsible but wasn't taking responsibility.

We recommend always setting up two-factor authentication on your account to prevent access from unwanted elements to your account .
It took more time for the 1st paycheck…
It took more time for the 1st paycheck but after it got hit in Mass pay. It only took 2 min to hit the bank account.

I got charged $9.90 for inactivity…
I got charged $9.90 for inactivity without any warning. I keep having logging issues.
I have to say the customer support was pretty fast to contact back. I took some trial and error to be able to reset and access my account. So not the best in terms of functionality imho

If you were charged inactivity fees due to being unable to access your account, please reach out to support. They’ll review your case and issue a refund where appropriate.
Inactivity fees only apply to accounts with no withdrawals for over 90 days. We also send advance email notifications explaining this, along with a simple way to avoid the fee—just make a withdrawal.
