Let people have fun. I have had a Mastercard for 7 years and the minute I hear about any policy changes in reference to what we are allowed to buy you are losing me and there’s hundreds of thousands if not millions that feel the same way. Humanity is nothing if we don’t have choices and the ability to express ourselves.

Got a Mastercard for a holiday in Hungary put money on it and a taxi overcharged us by £60 we and the holiday company we booked with have been fighting for 3 months to get the money refunded keep getting promised we be sorted in a few days which we never get and then are put through all filling forms for claim again and again including the holiday company on the phone for hours still not got anywhere just fobbed off at every turn even the holiday firm are raging about them rip off merchants

This card is the worst company I ever signed up with, if you value you money, credit and your health don't apply for credit with this company, they will make your hair fall out stressing, every time you make a payment, they charge you interest fees, they charge you advance cash withdrawal fee and I haven't taken a cash off this card,I my limit on this card is 1500
I make two payments a month ,one for minimum and one for a 100.00
My balance should be 600.00 my balance is 1021.00 I've been dealing with this company for 2yrs it's awful , I want to cancel them when I pay this balance off.
Consumers, you do what you want ,but heed the warning and read the fine prints before applying for these credit card companies that will leave your wallet empty

1) To the former complainers: Do not believe that Comdata.com will allow you to move money off your employer pay MC into your own personal bank, after you go online to fill out another direct deposit form on their web site. Other complaint sites have stories from other users who never got their $ off their Comdata.com or FINTWIST MC Master Cards. We need to contact the real MasterCard company which gave Comdata FINTWIST permission to issue employee pay cards with the MasterCard MC logo and complain to the REAL MasterCard company - that they never should have allowed Comdata & FINTWIST to use their Logo. 2) Master Card is allowing Comdata.com to allow VehicleStory to Steal from all of us.
I have the same as those below, PLUS my Master Card issued through my Employer EmployGig's employee pay company Comdata.com through FINTWIST has also ignored my six requests to have the VehicleStory charges reversed and issue me a refund. You know Chase or CapitalOne refunds their customers and goes after fraudsters, but not Comdata.com Comdata.com also has to be avoided because they directly steal from their customers and allow all other types of scams to be done to us as well.

The travel insurance service is terrible. No help, no service. Obscure conditions. Use a real insurance company.

Вроде серьезные ребята, а ведут себя как мелкие жулики - делают промо в аэропорту Борисполь с банерами кричащими о скидке при покупке с их картой, а по факту нет скидки (условия акции соблюдены). Служба поддержки вроде приятно говорит, а на письма не отвечают ссылаясь на их отсутствие и надежду, что забудется)

Я предполагаю, что во многом, впечатления от использования карт с платежной системой MasterCard зависит от выбранного банка. Но мне в этом плане повезло. И банк нормально работает, и картой я довольна. У меня MasterCard World, пользуюсь ей чуть более года. С обслуживанием нет проблем. Дополнительные бонусы есть. В частности, когда приходилось летать за границу по делам, связанным с работой, карта мне облегчала этот процесс. Регистрация на рейс по коридору FastLine удобная.
Все финансовые операции с картой проводятся без проблем, быстро. Отказываться от карты не намерена.

Мне Mastercard нравится по нескольким причинам. Первое, это то картой пользоваться удобно. Есть бесконтактная оплата, поэтому не обязательно карту в терминал вставлять. Износ меньше идет. Переводы совершаются быстро. Второе, разные бонусы пользователям карт даются. И у каждого типа карты свои бонусы есть, моно выбрать, какая больше подходит. У меня карта Голд, мне ее бонусы нравятся. Обслуживание по карте хорошее. В любой время дня и ночи можно связаться с консультантом и все вопросы уладить.

Понравилась карта, все условия для использования имеются. Самое главное - быстрые переводы и оплата, не приходится долго ждать, а также выгодные условия. Много также имеется приятных мелочей, вроде специального электронного кошелька для интернет-покупок или бонусов rewards накопительных. Удобно, что можно и за границей картами от Mastercard расплачиваться, а также при перелетах проходить с ней ускоренную регистрацию.

У меня карта Mastercard world elite, которой я пользуюсь с лета прошлого года. Скоро уже год будет, как она у меня. Доволен, не жалею что решил ее оформить. Я выбрал именно world elite так как она облегчает процесс регистрации на рейсы. Благодаря карте стал быстрее проходить регистрацию. Так как по работе иногда летать приходится, для меня это важно. Ну и даже сейчас, когда никуда не летаю, карта все равно помогает. Переводить деньги с карты на карту легко, расплачиваться в интернете тоже без проблем можно.
В общем и целом, это хорошее современное платежное средство. Обслуживание уже от банка зависит. С моим банком у меня особых проблем нет.

Мне, как обладателю карту World Mastercard очень нравится что есть функция FastLine. При посадке на рейс это много времен и нервов экономит. В первую очередь из-за этой функции я и решила World выбрать.

Месяц назад в Ощадбанке оформила себе карту Standard Mastercard. Удобно, что сейчас не приходиться носить с собой наличные, но при этом можно расплатиться без проблем практически в любом магазине. Сейчас почти везде терминалы стоят. И мне нравится что есть бесконтактная оплата.
